Where's that fool DaddyB? (aka "I want my update!")

Hang on kids, it's coming. Eventually. Life has been getting in the way of my hobby.

I caught a flu last week. Got better by the end of the week in time for company to come and at the same time Mrs. DaddyB had to drive with her sister up to Northern California to help settle her recently deceased stepmother's estate, leaving me with the 2 girls for the weekend. Needless to say, I was either entertaining company, or entertaining and feeding the 2 kids all weekend.

At some point in the weekend, I caught a cold.

THEN on Monday evening, I had a work related dinner (cheesecake factory... I gotta' say I enjoyed that even though I was still sick). Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp was delicious, but by the time I got home, I was absolutley wiped and went right to bed.

I've worked on the update a little this evening, but it won't be up until at least wednesday night.

I know you need your fix.... it's coming.

Thanks for the kind 'shouts' in the shoutbox. It really inspired me to sit down at the computer for a couple hours and work on it... but now I've gotta go take some Nyquil and go to bed.

hang in there kids! DaddyB's cooking something up nice and warm and comforting to your Disney soul!

I, too hope you get better soon. My wife and I have been sharing a cold since last Thursday. I've been taking Zicam RapidMelts since Friday afternoon and I don't really feel sick, just a little uncomfortable and a scratchy throat. My wife has been taking that Airborne stuff and she's felt bad all weekend.

I don't know what kinda cold you have my husband and I have been coughing for 3 weeks! I know what ya meen about the laughing. Both my coughing and laughing are comical right know and some of my friends and family, I think have purposely got me doing both. I sound something like a fog horn! He Hee HORonk it's terrible. Get lots of rest drink lots of water and remember we wish you well. Have noticed alot of colds going around.
