What Was Your Favorite Halloween Costume?
What was your favorite Halloween costume ever and why?
Mine was a She-Ra costume my mom made for me when I was 6. I loved feeling like a superhero, and a woman superhero at that!

hmmmm probley the one I dressed up as this year. Pooh! I made little kids smile, so thats cool.

I think my top 4 are: Batman, a Ghostbuster, the Karate Kid and my favorite was my homemade Peter Pan costume that my mom made from scratch when I was five.

Hmm...Probably my Meilin from Card Captor Sakura costume. I wore it to a cosplay convention and got a ton of attention! Everyone complemented me on how accurately it was made and how much I looked like the character. I even met two really good friends because of it.
Although, I had a lot of fun wearing my Lilo dress to Disneyland. Throughout the day, I heard so many little kids say "Look, it's Lilo!" or "Mommy, that girl has a dress just like Lilo's!" I also had a few adults compliment me on how well the dress was made. I really feel satisfied when I make my own costumes and people love them!

When I was about 6 or 7, my mom made me an "Indian Princess" costume. I decided I was Tiger Lily from Peter Pan. It was raining off and on that night, and Mom made me wear rain boots over my moccasins. I tried to explain that Tiger Lily didn't wear rain boots (I even got out my Peter Pan picture book to show her), but she wouldn't listen. Mothers... *sigh*
