VF Halloween Story

Griff fell over in pain. DHI was hidden in Riverbelle Terrace.

He said......

[Striker81]

"Where am I?" It looked like he was hallucinating. One moment, he was with Griff racing to Adventureland, the next, in a surreal world with no form or shape.
"Welcome," a voice said. A figure materialized in front of DHI. It was Maleficent.
"Jeez, not you again," DHI said. "If you don't mind, I'm in a hurry."
"Hurry, to find your friend Aladdin?" she asked. This surprised DHI.
"Hmm, it seems things are finally going our way," Maleficent continued. "Jafar, that power-hungry dolt, actually had a good idea for once."
"What do you mean?"
"He lured you all to Toontown, because he knew a hostage situation would grab your attention. There, it was our plan to destroy you all. There was, of course, the possibility of him losing, but he planned for that as well. After all, if he lost, he knew those DIS fools would take them into their hideout."
"That was a trick?" DHI asked himself.
"Jafar figured if he played the fool long enough, you would predictably go find Aladdin to see if he could help you out. And that was the plan, to split you all up to make you easier to conquer. As you see, I waited right here for you. And, I imagine, Jafar is tearing up DIS headquarters as we speak."
"Why you..."
"Yes, struggle," Maleficent said, an evil smile crossing her face. "Just try to get out of here and hurry back to your friends. I shall delight in your futile efforts!"
Maleficent cackled as she disappeared.
"Shoot," DHI said. "I've got to find a way out of here."
Meanwhile........................

[Disneyland_DHI]

Genie was looking for his tour guide friend frantically. Everywhere he looked, he couldn't find the holographic guide anywhere.

Maleficent had just sent out a signal to the other villains as DHI was tied to a chair in the villain's lair.

"Any second now...." she said to herself. Endless hours passed. The other villains weren't there.
"So," DHI said, " you like card tricks? I can do one right now... No?" Maleficent just stared at him.
"What about Fantasmic? I have the show on my iPod," DHI said. "No?"

Maleficent just guarded DHI for hours. DHI's endless hours of trying to entertain Maleficent was an epic fail...

She was mad.
So mad, she had steam out of her ears.
Then, DHI Made a run for it.
"You....

"Get back here!" Maleficent scream as DHI tried to make his way out of her lair. Using his powers, he was able to break the ropes binding him to the chair. It only took him a few minutes before spotting his opportunity, it just seemed like hours.
Getting out now was the challenge. He was essentially flying blind, as he had not even been in her lair before. He didn't even know where in the park it was. None of that mattered now, he thought. He realized the rest of his friends were in trouble and possibly needed his help.
Those thoughts filled his mind as he raced around a corner and nearly ran into a wall. He had hit a dead end, and he could be as such in a minute or so.
A sinister green light filled the highway, signaling Maleficent was coming. DHI quickly thought about what he had to do to avoid facing the sorceress' wrath.
Suddenly, however, DHI was pulled up into the ceiling of the lair, surprising him. He shook off the hand that grabbed him and was ready to fight.
"Relax. It's me."
DHI's eyes adjusted to the darkness and he saw what had grabbed him was not foe, but friend.
"Aladdin," he said, catching his breath. "Thanks for the assist."
The two watched from inside the ceiling as Maleficent checked the hallway which DHI was just in. Spotting nothing, she resumed her search. When the two heroes could no longer see the green light, they took a deep breath.
"So what's new?" Aladdin asked.
"You have no idea," DHI responded. "Let's get out of here and I'll get you caught up."

Meanwhile, back at DIS headquarters, Alyx and Striker continued their struggle against a transformed Jafar, with Striker still in the constricting clutches of the evil fiend.

"Ha, this will be good." Jafar said.

Meanwhile. Indy, DHI, Griff, and Alyx we in Frontierland.

Yes, but double wait. Wasn't that in DIS HQ? Or did you have to take Main Street to get there?

Nobody? Alright, guess I'll continue the story.

DHI and Aladdin raced from Frontierland, hoping to help the DIS duo with Jafar. Meanwhile, Griff and Indy decided to find the remaining villains, as their plans seemed to be dangerously close to fruition.
Alyx and Striker continued to struggle against Jafar, struggle being the key word. Striker had tried hard escape the snake's grasp, but had no success. Alyx had tried a few different ways to free him, but none worked.
Jafar laughed. "What's the matter? Giving up already? You still have a few minutes before I choke the life from his body!"
"Striker, hold on!" Alyx said. Striker shot him a look that seemed to say "Not much else I can do right now."
"What can I do?" Alyx asked himself.
Meanwhile..................

alyx was thinking of all the ways he could free his friend. Then he realized.
"Genie! Your lamp!" alyx yelled across the crowd. Genie tossed over the golden lamp and alyx rubbed it and held it up to Jafars face.
"Ahhhhh!!!!" screamed jafar as he was being sucked into the lamp. There was only one problem, Striker was also being pulled in. Striker pullled out his sword and extended it out to alyx to wich he held on to for dear life. Then in a flash, jafar was sucked in and striker was free!

Alyx and Striker just sat down, catching their breath.
"Nice save," Striker told Alyx.
"You owe me one," Alyx replied.
"Did you already forget if not for me, you'd be sleeping with the fishes?"
"Yeah? And what about three weeks ago when I had to get you of that jam you had with Hades?"
"I keep telling you I had him right where I wanted him!"
"Cerberus was breathing down your neck! Care to enlighten me on just how you were getting out of that?"
The two then laughed. They sure had their share of dangerous situations, many of which they were only able to prevail by working together.
During this time, DHI and Aladdin arrived on scene.
"Alright," DHI said, ready to go for a fight, "Where is he?"
Genie held up a lamp and tapped on it.
"You mean it's over already?" DHI asked, disappointed.
"It's not quite over," Aladdin said. "Indy and Griff are looking for the rest of the villains as we speak."
Striker stood up. "Well, then let's make this...our FINAL BATTLE!"
Alyx just looked at him. "Why are you talking like that?"
"Increasing the tension?" Striker asked, looking for approval. He did not get it.
"Well," DHI said, "since you're all okay, let's go help out the others. They're going to need it."
Meanwhile...............

Iago was set free! He flew to the Hyperion at California Adventure, which was closed for refurb. He flew to the Cave of Wonders exterior, where he tossed the lamp inside. Iago's curiosity got the best of him, so he went to check out the progress for World of Color. The lake was partially filled, but something was odd about Paradise Pier. He noticed California Screamin' would be closed for a few hours, yet tracks were being detatched as if it was a major refurb. But refurbs like that take days and even weeks!

"DHI! Striker! Griff! Alyx!!!"
