VF Halloween Story

replied and asked Finn what the news was.

"Everybody's here" Finn said.

Alyx ran to the hub. There he noticed thousands of people who were waiting for Mickey and Griff.

"Hello everyone" Mickey said.

All the Viffers were excited and were happy to be together and hang out again. It had been since Christmas since everybody met. Goofy, Donald, Daisy, Minnie, Snow White, and all of the Disney characters came out in excitement and were glad to see everybody. Then, Finn and the DHI's came. The fun was about to begin.


Meanwhile, Jafar and the villains..........

were deep within the castle dungeons, discussing the plan.

"With our Audio-Animatronic Goofy clone, we'll be able to take over the kingdom by sundown!" Jafar exclaimed.

"You mean your Goofy clone," Hades said, thinking this plan was moronic. "You can count me out of it."

The villains got in a fight and argued when Pain and Panic fell down an enormous staircase, which were all old and dusty.

"Pain? Panic? What are you guys doing" Hades asked.

Pain......

....shouted back up to his master, "Nothing, your heinousness. We just tripped, that's all. We'll be back up there shortly."
Pain and Panic began to walk up the staircase.
"Well, the master's got a point," Panic said. "The idea of a animatronic Goofy clone seems to be a bit stale, even for Jafar."
"You said it," Pain replied. "Master Hades could come up with a much better plan."
The two continued to discuss evil plans, not knowing that around the corner, Striker was listening in on the whole thing.
"A Goofy clone, eh?" he told himself quietly. "Now some of this is making sense. Better let the others know about this."

Ursula came with a supreme idea.

Meanwhile at the hub, everyone was having a blast. Griff was talking to a big group of people, including DHI, Striker, and Alyx. It was a great time. Then Bill Rogers, the voice of Disneyland, came from the entrance and was welcomed by everyone. A few minutes later, Griff got on a loud speaker and said,

"Who wants a piece of pumpkin pie?"

Everyone raised their hand and headed to......

...The River Belle Terrace, where pumpkin pie was being handed out by the slice. There was enough to go around and people were enjoying the free pie.
Griff, Alyx and DHI got their slices and sat down at a table. Striker joined them, no pie in hand however.
"Wow, you must have been hungry," Alyx remarked.
"Nah," Striker said. "I'm not a big fan of pumpkin pie, but it's cool."
"Whatever you say," Griff said. "More for us."
Griff cut himself a piece with his fork and brought it up to his mouth. Striker, who was just sitting quietly, suddenly brought his hands down on the table hard enough to nearly tip over their glasses of water.
"Stop!" he said.
The other three looked at him strangely.
"What's the matter?" DHI asked, a little annoyed.
Striker shook his head. "Nothing. Just had a bad feeling, that's all. I don't know where that came from."
That question was answered when Striker heard a "thump" behind him, followed by many more "thumps." He turned around and saw the people who had been enjoying their pumpkin pie passed out on the ground.
"What is this?" Alyx asked.
Striker looked closer and saw that the people who passed out had all taken a bite out of their pie.
"It has to be the pie," he said. "It's laced with something."
"Well, I lost my appetite," Griff said.
"Something's up," DHI said. "I don't think it's anything as simple as a bad batch of pumpkins."
"We better check it out," Alyx said.
From the Rivers of America, Ursula's head slowly emerged from the water. A sinister smile was present on her face.
Then.....................

Griff ran into the Riverbelle Terrace and informed people not to eat the pie.
Disneyland was about to be transformed.

"Why did you do this" DHI asked.

"We need o deck out Disneyland for halloween" Maleficent said

Striker.......

...approached Maleficent.
"So this is your doing?" he asked.
"No, drugging the pie was Ursula's idea," she responded.
"And the Goofy clone?" Striker asked.
"Please," she answered, "such a juvenile idea. I had nothing to do with that."
"Then just what are you planning?" DHI asked.
Maleficent only laughed as her staff glowed green. At that moment, the people who fell asleep woke up, but something had come over them. Bloodlust now filled their eyes as they charged towards those who were unaffected, like zombies.
"That's my plan," Maleficent simply said. "To turn this place into a regular house of horrors!"
"Come on," Alyx said, "we need to take out those people."
"We can't" Striker told them. "They're being controlled against their will. We can't hurt them."
"Guys," Griff said, "I have an idea. We should........."

Trick her into throwing a villain themed party for Disneyland guests.

"Is that a good idea" Rilen Asked as he appeared

"Right," said alyx, "Griff, You start on the party"
"Alright. We'll meet here later today to see what we've got." said Griff.
"Striker, you're on protection detail. I want your eyes on that mouse for the next 8 hours!" said alyx as he walked tword adventureland
"On it" replied striker as he set off to find his new assignment. Striker didn't much like babysitting, but it was a nesescary evil. Mr. Iger would have a fit if something happened to Mickey. "Hey, where are you going?" he yelled after alyx
"I've got somthing to take care of" alyx said and continued on into the jugle of adventureland

Waiting in the top level of tarzans treehouse, a dark hooded figure pondered his options. His informant would be arriving soon, and wanted to be prepared to intercept the Viffers next move. The figurer peered over the railing into adventureland to see alyx walking tword the treehouse. Ahhh, the figure thought, right on time.

Meanwhile, in the hub...

Griff was doing some last minute touches for the party at 6PM. Bill Rogers (Voice of DL) Approached them and they were talking For a while.

"So a Halloween Party tonight?" Bill said. "That shall be fun"

got lost in convorsation. After all, Bill Rodgers had been Griffs idol for many years. He had met Bill at a disney convention in 2005, and they had been friends ever since, meeting at Disneyland, whenevr the time was at hand.

Striker paced outside of Mickeys office. This is not what he had in mind when he signed up for the Disneyland Investigative Service (DIS). On one of Strikers trips to disneyland, a shoplifting incedent that turned into a brawl occured in the main street magic shop. DIS was the first on the scene, cooling down the brawl and catching the robber in the nick of time. As he stood and watched the lead investigator, whose name Striker could not remember (he thought it was somthing italian, DeNardo, DeNozzo, DePapa), bring in the criminal, he handed striker a card.
"Call me if you ever want to help out" the agent said. By the time striker had got the nerve to call, a new senior agent had taken Mr. Italians place. A guy named Alyx. Striker went in for an interview, and before the door to Alyx's office had shut, he knew tht striker was te one for the job. Now, two years later, striker and alyx and shared many experiences together, and with this Halloween mystery before then, were bound to experience more.


Back at the castle....

DHI was pacing, wondering what would happen if they could stop the villains in time.... Suddenly, Genie appeared right next to him.

"What's up, my DHI guy?" Genie asked his favorite DL host.
"The villains are trying to overtake Disneyland for Halloween!"
Genie asked, "Oh, so was that why you went all French detective on everyone?"
DHI was wondering about that. Only he, Striker, and the few characters he interviewed knew. But if he remembered, he did line up some characters, and Genie may have been one of them. If it wasn't that, then Genie must have been somewhere near the station during the interviews.
"No, but yes." DHI said, finally answering. "Mickey's keys to the kingdom got stolen and the villains are behind it. How'd you know?"
"I was the lamp you shone in everyone's face."

Meanwhile, back in Fantasyland...

...Griff put the finishing touches on his party plan. He set up some loudspeakers near the Teacups and walked to a portable sound system. He opened the CD tray and put in a disc that read "Michael Jackson - Thriller-Super Extended Remix."
Meanwhile, back at Mickey's office, Striker continued to pace around outside. The mouse had work to do and Striker knew it would be best not to be inside, so as not to distract him. Striker just wished he had brought his DS.
Striker had been keeping watch outside the office for the past five hours. It wasn't all bad. Mickey had been carrying a conversation with him to pass the time. It was lighthearted stuff, although the two had a spirited discussion when Mickey tried to convince Striker the San Francisco 49ers were better than the Arizona Cardinals. In the end, they both agreed both teams were better than the Seahawks or Rams.
However, about 30 minutes had passed and Striker had heard nothing from the mouse. Feeling uneasy, Striker knocked on the mouse's door.
"Hey, Mickey, you there?" he asked. No answer. He knocked again.
"Mr. Mouse?" he asked. Still no answer. Now, Striker thought, something was up.
He opened the door to the office to find Mickey asleep peacefully in his chair. However, a figure cloaked in black had entered through the window and held in his right hand a dagger, seeking to ensure the mouse would sleep forever.
Thinking quickly, Striker grabbed a nearby snow globe off a shelf and hurled it at the attacker before he could finish his dirty deed. It hit the mysterious man in the head and he staggered backwards out the open window. He screamed as he fell to the earth, waking up Mickey.
"Gee, what's a mouse got to do to get a little shuteye around here?" he asked, oblivious to what had just transpired.
"Let's go, Mickey," Striker said. "It appears this place isn't safe anymore."
"Where are we going?" he asked.
"Adventureland," Striker stated. "If my feeling's right, I'd say Alyx is in some bit of trouble himself." Mickey nodded.
"But first," Striker continued, "I'm going to need to grab something, if that is the case."
Meanwhile, in Adventureland.....
