Yeah, I bought in to the whole Pokemon thing, too. It was crazy - all the kids on my street used to get together and trade cards, haha.

I hardly remember any culture things from the 90s. I have good memories of the decade though. I remember Rugrats! oh man I loved that show. I still do. they don't make the real Rugrats any more sadly. only the all grown up series. what made the series cute in the first place was the babies. oh and of course, The real Disney channel. I used to love Madeline which I'm certain showed up on the channel. and pooh bear. I still love pooh bear.

other shows were gargoyles, Dinosaur,Family Matters ( they had a wonderful Disney world episode), duck tales. I never understood why tale spin existed... but remember anyway

Sorry, but what's a Pog? The only Pog I know is a type of juice (Passion fruit, Orange, and Guava) that you get on interisland flights in Hawaii.

Ahhh I remember Pogs.
Me and my brother when we were younger used to buy some and take them to school, and a lot of other kids had them, so we would play them at break times.

Kileli, these are Pogs. You're actually close on the juice part - while the Pogs most people can relate to are no juices, Pogs originated from the Hawaiin drink.

Hammer pants
Nike's with the "air" window on the side
pegging my pants as tight as I could to my ankles
big hair plastered with hairspray (the bigger the better)
mullets (my dad had one until joe dirt was going to come out, then he finally cut it off, lol!)
Anything Fluorescent, especially yellow or pink!
this might have been a nor-cal thing, but we would wear 2 different colored pairs of socks and alternate the colors (ex: right leg would be blue then pink, left leg pink then blue) When I look back at photos we looked so silly, but we thought we were cool.
When grunge was popular, had to have a flannel shirt and ripped jeans.
I had those snappy bracelets too!
Jellies shoes or what about the jellies bracelets, I had so many of those!
laser tag
totally LOVED Fraggle Rock and the Muppets also went through a Mickey Mouse Club phase.

I'm sure I'll think of more later
