Default "The Spy that Failed on Broadway" my musical idea

I have an idea for a new original musical on Broadway (probably the only one that's not based on a film even though I am actually psyched for Shrek) that's a spy musical which is basically similar to Johnny English & Get Smart that has parodies of evrything from James Bond to completely unrelated stuff like IPods, Barrack Obama & even movie remakes being so popular now. I haven't really gotten to writing a major script for it because I'm still trying to come up with song ideas & characters. But I do have a synopsis, Chip Thunder is a spy who recently got his License to Kill. He is considered Britain's greatest spy even though he grew up as a "Nonomurdersyupeeps", a fictional religion where it's "brain children" are told raised not to kill. His newest mission involves the assasination of famed gay Broadway director, Billbert C. Jazz, who secretly stole money from the theatre to finance a missile by a faceless army known as, F.R.O.G (Female Rights On Guys) an army comprised of middle-aged women determined to rid the world of arrogant men. It's up to Thunder & his many alliances across the globe to foil F.R.O.G.'s plan maybe without resulting in death.

That's my main idea but I might need help. If anyone's interested in helping with this fan Broadway script join in.
