Six Flags not selling Magic Mountain, but will sell 7 other parks

6 Flags announced today that they are selling seven parks to PARC 7F-Operations Corp. of Jacksonville, FL, and Magic Mountain is not one of them. They intend to keep it.

This makes me so happy! So glad they are not selling it off. Especially to develpoers. YAY!!!!!!!!! Roller Coasters here I come!

HAHA!!!!! i told everyone! i didnt think they would since it holds many records and has about the same amount of coasters as Cedar Point.

However, these parks will be sold:

The parks to be sold to PARC 7F are Six Flags Darien Lake in Buffalo, Six Flags Elitch Gardens in Denver, Frontier City and the White Water Bay water park in Oklahoma City, SplashTown in Houston, Waterworld USA in Concord, Calif. and Wild Waves and Enchanted Village in Seattle.

Not sure what's to become of them, especially Waterworld in Concord, but I hope none of them are destroyed.

More than likely, they'll sell off the rides and the land.

Unless, they find someone to take over the theme park and fix it up (hmm, sounds like a certain computer game.... XD ).
