Default Should Disney Sue the San Diego Fair?

Over on WestCoaster.net they did a photo update of the San Deigo Fair. And well there was a coaster that was called "The Incredable Coaster" and it had likenesses of the charecters from The Incredables. It was one of those cheap coasters that does 2 laps. Last I heard it was Illegal to use peoples likenesses without giving disney credit, and I dont see Disney nor Pixar on the sign. Here look for yourself.

A cheap carnival roller coaster that is portable, I think it is a knock-off that the carnival company uses without using Pixar's and Disney's permission. Many carnival parks do that, they make knock offs from Disneyland and Six Flags. It is meant for small families and kids to play in the place.

Should Disney sue? I don't know, if you call them. Yes and show them there picture. Tell them, what they think about it.

The Walt Disney Company could consider legal action if they got wind of this. Pretty much they could sue for use of copyrighted characters. They would have to finda really good reason though. All that is probably going to happen is a hand slap and never do it again.

No. They do not own the rides. They are rented from another company that brings them the rides, sets them up, runs them and then tears them down. They travel all over. There are several companies that do this all over the nation. There are some really crazy carnival rides out there too. It is really cool to watch them set it up and tear it down. they can do it pretty quick. I saw them tear down like 5 rides and hit the road in a matter of hours to the next place to set up.
All I can think of now is that Ausin Powers line, "Carnies..... Small hands, smell like cabbage." LOL

why should they sue its a roller coaster that last all of 3 seconds with there pictures and names on it not that big of a deal! now if it were a full scall coaster that had loops and was a bout 100 feet taller than I can see Disney Sueing them.

This reminds me alot about Dreamland, so it looks like no legal action will be taken.

Are we quite certain that picture wasn't taken in DCA?

^^I agree they say yea there safer then driving here, but i must say, they aren't as safe as disney rides. Anyways they are collecting tickets from it. Which do cost money. "mommy mommy buy me a ticket so i can ride the incredible coaster. I loved that movie" Now if they just threw a lion up there i don't think it'd get as many riders as it would without it. So that means there doing absolutly nothing but taking credit from it. tsk tsk
