Is RU42 Video Production still in business?

Does anyone know if RU42 Video Production is still in business? I placed an order October 2nd and sent an e-mail November 13th but have heard nothing. This is my third order. I received my first two orders as expected. I really enjoy his DVDs. The RU42 Video Production website is still up. Has anyone heard from RU42 since mid-October (2009)?

RU42 has been battling some health issues as of late but I encourage you to contact him here on VF; I'm sure your order will be processed quickly.
