I'm afraid i'll have to agree what my dad is saying, there is some favorism and cheating going on, girls falling and going outta bounds shouldn't be having such high scores.

Alicia was robbed of the medal in my opinion. She landed with a hop but the other girl practically fell on her face. *shakes head*

This is what gymnastics has become all about, especially Olympic Gymnastics. As Wilbon wrote, "It happens. In every sport, it happens. In certain Olympic sports a judging scandal is as common as the morning paper laying on the front steps."

'Incompetence is bad, but we all have to live with it. Intent to manipulate is sinister.'

Yeah, there have been a few of those I have noticed during these Olympics and thought to myself... "How on Earth can they make that judgment call?" That's why I like watching the competitions that have a defined start and end and who touches first, like swimming.

Despite all that, this has been a pretty great Olympics! I have enjoyed what I have watched so far and I have enjoyed watching it with my son. He is enthralled with it all.

Ok I didn't think that the judges would favor a certain country... but now I'm thinking that they do. Did you SEE the gymnastics uneven bars last night..?! Nastia was robbed. She did SO amazing! The tie breaker system they have is bull. It needs to change.

So now they're over...all the acheivments...all the records broken, medals won, inspiring stories, a truly amazing win by the men's volleyball team in the face of tragedy....and what keeps replaying in my head????

Arg, he did! Thank goodness for DVR cause I didn't get a chance to see anything after the London presentation. I wonder what will come of the investigation of the gym team. The basketball game was great, why were they calling them the redeem team?
