Geeeeze, the USA guys just dominated the high bar! I know everyone's saying (well, the NBC people anyways) that China's got gold in gymnastics for sure, but they haven't won it yet!!

Also, I generally don't like things that are way hyped, but Phelps is seriously unbeatable. Three gold medals already! Go Phelps! USA!!

USA Girls Gymnastics was hard to watch last night and way to go to Michael Phelps AGAIN! Can't wait for Womens Beach Volleyball with Misty May and Kerri Walsh to defend their gold medal from Athens! Let's hope Kerri keeps her ring tapped to her hand this time :)

And for the most important event in the Olympics, the USA-Ned baseball game was completed after a 2 hour+ rain delay. The USA won, 7-0.

So has any1 been watchin May and Welsh play volleyball? Jeez their awesome....oh and the Chinese syncro-diving teams are flawless! Made me kinda of sad 2 watch allthe other teams... lol

Phelps, Lochte, and Rebecca Soni all take gold medals in swimming!

Women's Gymnastics All-Around was INTENSE! The scores were all over the place, and for a while I was convinced the judges hate America.. However, Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson take gold and silver!

Basically, I'm pretty sure that the Star Spangled Banner is the most freaking beautiful song on the planet!!

Nastia finished with 63.325 points, Shawn with 62.725. China's Yang Yilin took third, with 62.650.

The results marked the first time in Olympic history Americans have gone 1-2 in the women's Olympic all around - and, as well, the first time the United States has put two on the medals stand in the event.

Nastia now joins Mary Lou Retton, in 1984, and Carly Patterson, in 2004, as the only American all-around winners

I am so in awe of Micheal Phelps and the rest of the USA Swimmers! As a swimmer myself, I once had a dream of going to the Olympics, I worked really hard since the age of 2 to be the best at it. Of course life gets in the way and other things take priority. This past week has given me such the inspiration to get back in the pool and do what I love to do. Granted now that I am older the Olympics seem so far out of reach but the ability to get back what I used to have would be wonderful. Now If I could just figure out how not to redevelop my swimmers neck and back and I will be set!
