Default Leno or Letterman?

Which comedian do you prefer?

Jay Leno

or

David Letterman

For me, I like Leno better. To me, his jokes are funnier.

Some of Jay's comedy or "jokes" are mean to people. And sometimes he isn't very nice to his guests.

Dave is a more easy going interviewer.

Conan.

(c'mon, you knew someone was gonna say it...besides - he'll have Jay's job in a couple more years!)

Or Jon Stewart....basically, since there was no neither button....

Sorry I think Leno is far funnier and more relaxed than Letterman. I can't stand Letterman's little keyboard friend either. Annoying and whinny sounding to me. But as mentioned before... "Conan is the best", and I couldn't agree more. Conan out does all of the other late night hosts by a landslide. Very funny and talented man.

I actually like Conan the best, however, there was nobody to put him up against, so that wouldn't go over that well.

That's Paul Schaffer and the CBS Orchestra. I like Kevin Eubanks and the Tonight Show band better too. However, Paul is cool (IMHO).

Conan O Brien! Ha I love his stuff, and Max Wineburg is hilarious!
I think Leno and Letterman have dwindled slightly, (although still funny) but Conan's in his prime! He's definitely worth staying up for!

But out of Leno and Letterman... It's a tie, but slightly favoring Letterman

For the late night comedies, I'll watch Leno, Kimmel, and O'Brien. None of the others are worth my time. Letterman is just too uptight for my taste. Then again, I'm getting real tired of Leno's Hillary Clinton jokes. She lost, we get it. Now please joke about something else that's actually in the news and relevant. You'd think some of the shows he's doing now were from a month ago. Get with the times, man!

Conan is the best, though...

LENO!! Hands down. The keyboard baldie is ANNOYING, whereas the guitarist on Leno is lax.

I'm a Letterman fan all the way. Letterman's show always makes me laugh more than Leno's because of all the crazy stunts and stuff they do on there. I am obviously in the minority when I say that I can't stand Conan. He isn't funny to me at all and I just find him annoying. Kimmel and that one scottish guy are funny too.

Easy: Letterman, Letterman, Letterman!
- Dave's old school, midwest funny.
- Was friends with Carson till the end.
- Dave is a smarter, funnier interviewer than Jay. (see how he handles Paris Hilton, Richard Simmons, or any political candidate)
- Paul Schaffer is a musical god ... he played Hermes in Hercules. Paul knows everyone in music. (Is Leno's Kevin anything other than the butt of Jay's jokes?)
- Alan Kalter could take John Melendez any day.

Reasons to watch Leno:
- Letterman's a rerun.
- Headlines
- Jaywalking
