I'm moving to northern Utah in two years, visiting next week for spring break. Still a foot of snow in the valley (more on the mountains) with snow predicted all next week and highs in the low 50s. No joke.

 I wouldn't mind taking a trip to Alaska some year in the Summer. I would have hard time getting used to those extra long winter nights though (If I had to live there). Is there any daylight in the winter? What percentage of the day on average anyone know?
