Talking Funny Amusement Park Memories

I thought that it may be fun to post a funny memory from an amusement park trip. It can be ANY amusement park; not just disneyland (hence why this thread is in the off-topic section )

I'll start!

Yesterday, Peoplemovermatt and I went to Universal Studios, Hollywood! We had a blast.
Our last ride/show that we went to was the Special Effects sound stage. We got in line and they were calling for 2 people, a man and a woman, to volunteer to be part of the show! Matt raises his hand....and then raises my hand "for" me lol
Apparently, I was supposed to first scream at this giant cat paw (operated by PMM) and then try to fight it off; well I screamed...I fought...and then I felt this sharp pain against my face! Yes, PMM had hit me, HARD, with the cat paw (on accident of course)! He didn't know for some reason that I was supposed to "fight" the cat paw off. It hurt, but the audience seem to have a good time....so it was all good! I told him that I would get him later....mwahahahaha
The next "scene" is when I'm supposed to be "lifting" these "heavy" blocks (made out of styraphome *SP ) and PMM was chained up to a "revolving door, HAHAHA) and was supposed to be "killed". After I had done my little part, I looked over and saw the "remains" of Matt and started cheering and clapping!
My part was finished, but Matt's wasn't! During the next segment, they "resurected" Matt and then proceded to "cut" his hand off......but from what he told me I guess the knife that they used was a REAL knife with a hole where it fitted to his wrist. So even though the hole was dull, the very ends of it wasn't; and it ACTUALLY hurt him a bit (there's small marks on his wrist where they "cut").
Unfortunately, we didn't take any pictures or videos.....sorry!

So, go ahead and post (if you want) your favorite funny moment at an amusement park!

Life...death...and the revolving door. Stupid is as stupid does, with a giant cat paw!

Hehe, I did that too! I have some pics/videos cuz my boyfriend at the time was too short to be a volunteer. So I was with some lady's husband!

My favorite part was seeing myself eat the chicken leg with the Klumps! I looked so retarded! LOL!

It's not as much of a funny memory, but more of a really discusting memory. There was this one time at Six Flags that I almost puked. No, it wasn't because of motion sickness, but it was because some guy a few rows behind me on Nitro decided to add a little extra fun to the ride himself (don't ask). I get off the ride at the end and find that I have a stain on my shoulder, which I thought was originally bird crap. Well, the next second, park security came to the station and dealed with the guy that was a few rows behind me, and I overheard that the guy they pulled off was indeed "adding to the experience himself", so that's when I realized that the stain on my shoulder was really...well...you know.

This one is over 20 years old -- in the mid 80's, some friends and I went on the Universal Studios Tour for my friend's birthday, which was in December. It was POURING rain that day, but my friend (the Birthday Girl) was bound and determined to take the tour anyway. We got to the part of the tour that was supposed to be a tropical typhoon, but you couldn't tell, because the real rain ws so heavy. The poor tourguide got tongue-tied, and instead of the usual spiel, all he managed to blurt out was "ummm...some of this rain is artificial."

I was in Six Flags Magic Mountian with some friends, it was getting dark out and one of my firends and I decide to head for Scream for our last ride of the night, we start walking down there and all of a sudden we hear the chicken dance song. of course we walk while doing the chicken dance, the funny thing is, we were not alone. everyone with in ear shot of the song was also dancing along.

My funniest memory actually is a DLand memory. (Probably because it's one of the two major theme parks I've ever been to...) We were riding Pinocchio and it broke down. We sat for a few seconds before the CMs turned the lights on and in the most PATHETIC voice possible, my dad blurted out "It's FAKE??" My mom then declared Pinocchio to be firewood and everybody within hearing distance on the ride walked out laughing nonstop.

do I need to remind certain people of how much water was in our log while riding Splash Mountain at 11:30pm? That was the most fun I have ever had on that ride! I think the fact that we had our own log made all the difference in the world.

I believe this was the first Halloween night at DCA. We were on Soarin' and someone was dressed like Maggie from Home on the Range. Let's just say it involved a seatbelt above an udder.

Wait, here's another one.
We were at Halloween Treat in DCA last year near the restrooms by Golden Screams. Then someone puts their hands on me (it was either shoulder or head) and I think it's someone else in our group. Then I turn around and it's Bowler Hat Guy!
