Smile Favorite time of day at the Happiest Place On Earth!

So, as I was responding to the thread about "what ride to go on first" I was thinking how when I go to DL that I want to get there first thing in the morning as early as possible and stay shopping till the park closes. However, when I thought of the first ride, it reminded me of being there early in the morning, with the fresh smell like the park is brand new and when it's a beautiful sunny day, to see the dew on the foliage and the just-turning-baby blue-sky with a beautiful sunrise. I'd have to say that the morning is the best time to be at Disneyland for me. It gives a fresh new start and you have the whole day to map out your adventure. Sure the afternoons are nice and the evenings hold the most awesome fireworks show, but the morning gives me that sense of happiness because I know what lays ahead for me for the rest of the day.

This is why I love Disney so much =)

Hmm, i'm sure many of you have your own memories and are just as much of a fan as I am, so share what your favorite time of day is at Disneyland.

I chose the morning becuase it is a new day. A chance to make new memories. That feeling you get that you still have many hours left in the day and you are spending them at the Happiest Place on Earth!

The night time can be a mixed experience for me, especially if it is my last night at DL. There are so many good memories of the good times from the day or days before, but on the last night you know you will not be coming back tomorrow and that is kind of sad. Maybe differant if you live near the park like I used to, but now I am about 700 miles away.

On my last trip I spent most of the last day in DCA with my son, we went on California Screamin' too many times to count. We left DCA when it closed and made our way back into DL in time for the fireworks show. We just stood near the entrance by the Christmas Tree and watched the fireworks. I spent a lot of time looking at the people and buildings around me while my son watched the fireworks, knowing that tomorrow all this would be a memory and I would be heading home. Although we had a great week at DL it was depressing walking out of the gates for the last time.

I need to plan another trip!!!!

I like the night time because all the attractions look very exciting all lit up..the park feels more exciting.

I picked evening. I love the lighting all around the park, and for some reason, everything feels more exciting to me.

I love it early in the morning. But the real "magic" is at night when it's lit up beautifully.
It gives me chills.

I like all day at DL but if I had to pick one I like evening. I like the time of the day when the sun starts to set and it casts such a beautiful glow over the park, and the twinkley lights start to come on...yeah I've spent many nice evenings in DL!

Evening, just as the sun is going down and glinting off the gold crowns on the castle. Gorgeous!

I like the Morning and night. Everything in the AM is peaceful and has a touch of magic. The night is where all the real magic is with the lights going on and Disneyland is shown magically before my very eyes.

The night time with all the lights is the most magical time for me. A day that is not over yet & I have already had time to let myself get completely into my own little escape from reality. The rest of the Day is great too. I am always the first one up in the morning. I just can't wait to be at those gates in the morning and walk right onto the rides.

Even thought I like night the best, any time of the day is good.
