I like the Emmys & Golden Globes.

You forgot to list the Annies, which is for animation.

Darwin Awards aren't a ceremony per se, although I really wish they were. Here's their slogan:

Of necessity, this honor is generally bestowed posthumously.
Basically, they put on display those who've met their demise in the most idiotic ways possible.

Here's an example:

To prove his point, Nguyen put the detonator in his mouth and asked his friend to plug the dangling wires into a 220-volt electrical receptacle.

Turns out Nyugen was wrong!

The victim had little time to reflect on his mistaken, or whether 220 volts alone could have been fatal. According to police, "the explosion blew out his cheeks and smashed all his teeth." He died on the way to the hospital.
And on the page, one reader leaves the comment, "I guess he ate his words."

I agree w/ Matt. I read my books of Darwin Awards and go to sleep at night, feeling a little better about myself.

I like the Tony Awards. Because, I like drama. To Be or Not To Be. That is the question.

Award shows are boring to me, so I like the ones with the most excitement. The Teen Choice Awards, MTV Movie Awards, Billboard awards, and Kid's Choice Awards.

Oscars & Academy Awards would be the same thing.

And I used to like them as well until they started letting people like Michael Moore in & then others came in & a lot of it just simply went to poo. I don't nee to be spending my time involved with stuff like that since I have so little of it.

oscars night is one of the most important nights of the year for me. i like to watch all the preshow stuff on E! entertainment channel like the red carpet and everything. and i always have to choose which film i think will win in each category and see how well my predictions turned out after it's all over. i always get really nervous when they're about to announce the winner for best picture at the very end.... wow i'm a total nerd
