The facts are right in front of you!
First of all, www.snopes.com has become one of my new favorite websites, and for a good reason. Some arrogant cod that my wife works with (in the Navy) believes that Walt was discharged from the Marine Corp. due to innapropriate conduct, and that the discharge paper was hung on the back wall of his office.
So, she called me and I looked it up on Snopes and dis-proved his story...over and over again, but this guy refused to believe it. I can't believe people like that! They are so set in their ways and are too proud to admit they were wrong.... Anyone else run across people like that?

Once in a while I do, but that is when I just say " Whatever buddy. Believe what you want, I am outta here". One of my old friends is that way and I try not to hang out with him or talk to him for more than 5 minutes every blue moon cuase he likes to argue about everything with me and it bugs so I just say that and hang up. So I guess he isn't that much of a friend anymore than is he? Oh well, his loss.

awww SNOPES! Been on those forums for YEARS but mostly as a lurker as that is one strange group! But back to the topic, I recommend reading Hollywood's Dark Prince as a (VERY) non traditional Walt Disney biography. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...442343-0992131
