Default Disney Homecoming Theme

I am just wondering and please respond... My sister's high school for home coming which is in fact in the Peoria district like mine you know I have a thread on that.. But I just want to know do you think the Disney company will sue the district for having it a Disney theme? I want your input..

I'm not sure about that one. I heard that Disney got mad at a daycare for putting the likeness of Disney characters on their walls because it looked like the Disney company supported them or something like that. Plus I don't think they like people using the Disney likeness for profit. But on the flip side, I really don't think they'd persue it unless you really violated some kind of law or something...

The walls the icons were on were visible from public property, and were there every day, all the time. A little different than a homecoming theme in my opinion.
