Daddy B

For the last 3 months, I come to this great web site with the antisapation to check out your wonderful picture updates of the park. I am going in less than 2 weeks and I am so excited. I love the pictures that you take and I really thought that the tea-cup photo, was amazing.

How did you capture the Tea CUps Spinning, so clearly?

Thank you, and PS at the bottom of you update you mentioned about donations to this web site to cover cost where can I get info on that?

Thank you.

Tamara

I have a 113MB folder in my, My Pictures, folder (even though they are really your pictures) called Desktops, where I keep any desktops I choose to save. I cycle them about once every 4-5 days, just to maintain freshness. But my favorites keep making their way back.

The desktop I downloaded from this update was the first teacups photo. Its the only one that I didn't really have already!

Great update! They are becoming a staple of my early week...lol. Like a good TV show.

Thanks!

Those parade pictures are taken from the Main Street RailRoad Station platform. It makes for an interesting angle, but honestly I think that you lose the awe of the floats looking down on them. Next time I'll try to shoot it from below. I'd really like the pics to show how pretty the parade can be with the lights turned on. My flash kinda' washed out the floats' lights.

Keep an eye out here. I will probably be providing a couple of those pictures as desktops available for download... like the Toad Hall and the Fantasland shot. It's just a matter of catching up on my sleep at this point!

(oh, and the new Fall TV season!)

Another great update! :) You got some amazing fireworks shots there! I'm always hesitant to take photos from the front of the seating area, because I'm not sure if I can get a wide enough angle on it. My widest lens is 18mm (plus, the Canon EOS crop factor).

DaddyB - get out! Sports Night was my favorite show too! So much that I pretty much boycotted TV after it was cancelled. I just couldn't take it. My user name, Casey, is borrowed from my cat. But I named my cat after Casey McCall! I thought if I got a girl kitty, I'd name her Dana.

Okay - enough off topic....

Great photos again. I look forward to these weekly desktop photos. I can't believe how clear and how beautiful your firework shows are. Some of the pictures of the castle are just breathtaking. I love the shot of Fantasyland at night with the Matterhorn glowing in the backround. Oh, the shot of Peter Pan made me chuckle, too. :D

Don't even get me started on SportsNight. It was the best program on TV and like I said, possibly the best comedy drama ever. Aaron Sorkin was a genius just coming into his own at that time. The show got totally screwed thanks to ABC (which Sorkin mocked with the networks execs coming in and telling sportsnight writers what to say). I'm honestly shocked that Felicity Huffman would have anything to do with ABC ever again. None of the other castmembers have.

Needless to say, I have the entire series on DVD.
