Default The Best and Worst Song of All Time

This is more a matter of personal opinion, seeing as how so many people have so different tastes in music...but....What do you believe, is the worst, and the best song of all time?

The Best (in my opinion of course): It's really quite difficult for me to choose one song, seeing as how there's SO many good ones, but one I find to be particularly great is "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen. This is seriously one of my favorite songs, I absolutely love Queen, and this is one of their best songs. (galileo GALILEO galileo GALILEO FIGAROOOOO Magnificoooooooo)

The Worst (once again, in my opinion): Wow, there's a lot of terrible songs out there, haha (to name just a few: "Big Girls Don't Cry" "My Heart Will Go On" "The Christmas Shoes" the list goes on and on) but the award for worst song ever goes to "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter. Ew. It makes me want to vomit just thinking about it. It's ridiculously over-played and sounds like......crap. I despise this song. It's really, truly an awful song.

Well, I'd love to hear your guys' opinions about what you think are the worst and best songs of all time.

I have a feeling that every single song mentioned will be very, very cliche...

I don't think I could name one song as the best, nor could I name one song the worst. There are way too many songs of so many different genres that it would be nearly impossible.

Best song of all time in my opinion has to be "Over the Rainbow" sung by the one and only Judy Garland.
The worst? Hmm, thats hard. There are to many to pick, but to name a few. "Untitled" by Simple Plan, "Don't Cha" by the Pussycat Dolls.

Worst? "You're Beautiful" by james blunt.....I'm not giving him any recognition....even by NOT capitilizing his name....his song is so disgusting!

Best song? Three come to mind: As Time Goes By by Dooley Wilson, Piano Man by Billy Joel, and What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong. Worst song? I'd have to say Achy Breaky Heart by Billy Ray Cyrus or Heartbeat by Don Johnson.

Best song of all time? For me personally, "Bedshaped" by Keane.
Worst? A song my dad's friend made. It's now an inside joke within my family. We always crack up whenever one of us sings "a drinkin', a smokin', a planning for the future".

Best song...probably this one my band created, "Frozen Corpse" which is about a serial necrophile (yes, it's very disturbing, don't ask). Short, sweet, and to the point.

Worst song..."Hey There Delilah" has become the most annoying song on earth, next to "Don't Worry, Be Happy". No wait..."Fergalicious". That song's so annoying I had a heart attack, died, someone went on my grave, rose form the dead, was decapatated with a shovel, went to Heaven, then was sent to Hell because the song even annoyed Jesus, then the Devil sent me to back Earth saying it wasn't my time, so I got revived at a hospital.

umm...I think that there's a lot of horrible music out there now...I feel like I drop IQ points listening to the radio...lol...but I would have to say that the worst song I have heard so far is "The Donque (pronounced Donkey) Song" by Snoop Dogg, I mean really....

best song...would have to be anything Disney...except "It's a Small World"

Stairway To Heaven, Hotel CA, When You Wish Upon A Star, The Little Drummer Boy, Tessie and I've Got You Under My Skin are a few of my favorites. I can't think of a worst song right now.

Well I can't think of a best song, but I can list the suff I like:

Michael Jackson will always be the tops in my book. His music was like the first thing I ever heard in my life.

Dead Man's Party by Oingo Boingo, True Colors by Cyndi Lauper, Poison by Alice Cooper, What's Your Fantasy? by Ludacris, there are a lot of Eminem songs I like, and of course there are so many Disney songs that I love.

Songs I hate include (but are not limited to): Any song by Hannah Montana, My Humps, Dance Dance by Fall Out Boy, You're Beautiful by james blunt (I won't capatilize his name either), That song by OkGo where they're on the treadmills.

Ya, I like the treadmill song as well, hahaha. If you don't like the song, you at least have to give them credit for the excellent choreography.

I would not be able to pick a best, but I really like Paper Walls by Yellowcard. Two others: Faint, by Linkin Park, and Hands Held High, also by Linkin Park.

Worst: Anything rap or hip hop. What I don't get: why nearly all of their songs feature some other artist. Why can't they make a song that they can sing by themselves? And who would want to listen to a song with a guy talking about excplicit things about his girlfriend? yeah...ew. I also dislike anyone that has someone else write their lyrics. If you can't write lyrics, don't sing. (unless it is Kareoke...did I spell that correctly?)

Favorites: The soundtrack of Remember...Dreams Come True, When You Wish Upon A Star, The Circle of Life, and Can You Feel The Love Tonight.

Least favorites: That new ice cube song. I don't know what it's called but I hate it.
