Anne Geddes store finally open!

Looks like the 'gestation period' is finally over! The Anne Geddes store opened yesterday (Wednesday 10/26) with a ribbon cutting by Anne Geddes herself! There was an article in the OC Paper about it, too.

I went inside, and it's a very nice store with clothing for newborn to 18mos. They have classy adult T-shirts for sale too that have the Anne Geddes logo and motto on them ($30).

Thanks for the info!!! $30 for a shirt??? I think i'll save up my $$$ for the Oakley store. Did you happy to see how that was coming along daddyB???

Someone posted on another board that it's supposed to open tomorrow! I don't recall they even had glass in windows when I was there yesterday. They had the permanent sign up out front, though.

Thanx for letting us know daddyb about the store opening(s) & also thank you thank you thank you for your weekly photo updates..... i look forward to them & absolutely get a kick out of the narration !! (everyone in the house thinks I'm nuts when I'm staring at my puter & laughing)

The Anne Geddes store looks like something I'll have to check out in March (I have a 3 month old foster baby girl, & this sounds like something I'd have way too much fun spending money at)
