Default 10/24: PeoplemoverMatt's "In case you've never seen this before" DLR Pictoral Update

Another Saturday, another theme park visit. This marks my 5th straight, oyi! Anyways, it was a fun but very crowded day @ the DLR. In this update 116 photos await: http://photos.yahoo.com/msm2828

I tried to keep my focus on stuff that you probably have never seen before including these noteables...
  • Roofshots
  • DUCKS!
  • Festival of Fools
  • The oldest attraction in Disneyland
  • Lucky water
  • FastPass Network Update
  • Stuff
  • More Stuff
  • Halloween Treat stuff
  • Unhealthy amount of A Bug's Land
  • Screamin' crowds
  • Captions...of doom.
Hopefully this provides some sort of entertainment value to you. It was a very grey day & it didn't end up so well for me. I ended up leaving before closing for the first time in my AP tenure for personal reasons. Everything is fine, but it was sad that I had to do that. I did watch RDCT from the parking structure's roof & it was very hilarious hearing the huge booms which make the kids scream their little heads off & several car alarms go off. If you've never done that before, it is really funny, brightened my night up a bunch. So that's all for me, enjoy the pictures & be good humans!

Great pictures! It is cool of you to collect and post them for the rest of the world.

By the way, one of your pictures is from the Mickey&Friends parking structure and I just wanted people to know that they can go to the top level of the structure for a great view of the park. They can even see the stables where the keep all of the horses. Most people just walk right by.

Yeah the first few are from the roof, it's where I parked, so I thought I'd snap a few from up there. As for the bug pics, I know there were a bunch, but I had to because my folks are thinking about taking my nephews since A Bug's Life is one of his favorites. Won't happen again, promise. Thanks for the kind words folks!

Great pictures! I love reading the captions too. It makes the photos like 100 times more entertaining.

Being on the top level of the Mickey and Friends parking structure is actually really neat. It's cool that you got some pictures from up there in case nobody has been that high up! The only thing I hate is that it feels very unstable up there and I have a terrible fear of heights...

Oh yeah, and I've watched RDCT partly on the parking structure and partly in Downtown Disney. Man, those fireworks seem so much LOUDER without the music!!

300th post. Yay!

That's probably it, I took it for some reason, couldn't think of it when doing the post-production.

Thanks guys! Just FYI, I won't be having an update this week because I didn't go anywhere this weekend because of school work. Next week my nephews will be making their first trip to DLR. That should prove very interesting.

Following up from the last post, I took some pictures but nothing even close to an update. I'm going to put up what little I did take update-wise in a little bit but I won't be making a new thread for it. There are maybe 10 pictures and it's all DCA since the family only got 1-day 1-park'ers for DCA, as shocking a thought as that is. I'm the only one with the park-hopping AP and since we only had the one day, we wanted to focus on the kids' love which is Bug's Life. We had much fun, but very little in the update area since I wasn't focused on that hardly at all.

UPDATE: 11/4 Pics, all 19 of them, can be viewed here: http://photos.yahoo.com/msm2828
