I can never decide!!!

I liked the angle on this one a lot...

This one is fun, it's Disney's first princess celebrating 50 years of the Happiest Place on Earth...

I think I'll go with either this one or the first one... what do you think?

I don't think it's been decided yet however, some of the photos posted are not of the "Event" type. As good as a picture of the Matterhorn is, there's no "Event" surrounding it. From what I get out of the rules for THIS contest is 50th or some other event. the Parade of Dreams float might be covered under the "Event" umbrella because it started during Disneyland's 45th birthday.

Of course, this is only MY opinion. Since RU42 is in charge of this contest, he should be the one deciding...

Thanks! Yeah, I have a picture from Splash Mountain in 2002 with me behind my brother who is right in front on the old log. It looks like he is about to wet his pants lol! The look on his face is priceless. I email it to him every now and again and one day I will make it into a poster for "a special b-day" present lol. I'm behind him holding up "Fishy" that I won in DCA fishing by Screamin lol. Fishy went on all the rides with me and now sits on my dresser with my stuffed mickey "action figure". I will be getting Fishy a mate in August! Anyway's, I was going to post it and call it Disney's 47th anniversary but decided against it lol. (Made a short story long, sorry)

Sorry folks, I am a bit behind. I am in the middle of listing my house so the past 2 weeks I have been quite busy.

Some people entered multiple entries; I have deleted any images that did not conform to the contest. If a person submitted more then 1 image I picked the first one posted as the entry.

I am working on the voting process now.

I saw the contest in the gallery long before I saw this thread with the rules.

For future confusion control.
you might want to add the rules as a post to the gallery as well.

This is how it is going to work. Go to the Photo Contest Gallery:

And enter Contest #1. Now you should see all the entries. Go through picture by picture and rate each picture from 1 head (lowest) to 5 heads (highest).

YES - rate each picture, not just your favorite one
NO - you cannot rate a picture more then once (the system wont let you)

Be sure to be fair. Just because you entered doesn't mean you should give all the others '1 head'. Remember, this is fun.

Feel free to add comments and compliments. Negative posts will be deleted.

EVERYONE IS ELIGABLE TO VOTE. Be sure to invite other people to join in and vote.

So go to it and have some fun. The ratings begin now and will run until Sunday 8/7.

I voted last week. Is there a way to see the progress on the contest? Cause I looked at the pics again and it seems to only show what I voted for them and not the overall score so far.

Out of curiosity, how will the final decision work? Since there's only ratings from 1-5 stars, lots of ties are bound to happen on every contest.

Executioner - if you went to the thumb nails page you will see the mickey heads next to all of the pictures.

Kirsten - When the contest ends I will be able to see each individual rating for the votes. So while a 5 heads, 3 heads, and 3 heads might average out to showing 4 on the display, I will be able to see that the real total is 3.66. Hopefully breaking it down that far will allow me to get some cleaner totals. If not - well, I will figure something out.
