No offence, and I do truly mean that, but you really need to take time and type out what your trying to say, I could barely read anything of what you posted, it was very messed up and confusing. This isn't a chat room, you have the time to type it out and think about it.
That being said, I think you were asking what sorts of schooling you need to become an imagineer. You'll definitly want to take alot of the advanced engineer courses. It all depends on what type of Imagineer you want to be. I am still doing reasearch on what I need to take after high school.

And yes it is insanly difficult to get a job as an Imagineer.

I think perhaps his/her English isn't as good as he/she would like and they did the best they could when they wrote their post. Anyway, it sounds like you answered the question =)

If you are interested in the art aspect of imagineering...

You have to know someone OR

I know that a lot of Imagineers attend CalArts because people tend to get in a lot through the animation industry.

The animation program there isn't very easy to get into though (acceptance rate of 10%, all art based) but I know that quite a few teachers there have worked for the mouse as animators, imagineers, or both. I actually attended CalArts for a summer program (California State Summer School of the Arts) last year. One morning, 2 of my drawing instructors (who work at the college during the regular year too) went to present something to WDI. Another one of my instructors had worked for WDI for a few years as well as sold Emperor's New Groove to WDFA (orginally called Children of the Sun) and created a lot of the main character designed for Treasure Planet.
The fact that the college was founded by Walt Disney helps as well.

and if you are in high school I would recommend...
California Summer School of the Arts which is basically a summer school for all types of art. While it isn't run by CalArts (its state funded... which if you are state resident equals cheap tuition and scholarship opps), it is located on the CalArts campus and many of the teachers and students from CalArts are deeply involved in the program. They accept students from the summer of 9th grade all the way to the summer after graduation. I attended the summer between junior and senior year, and while I am not a California resident, they do take a few students from out of state (and even from out of the country in your case!) each year. If you are looking to get into CalArts in the character animation department... the program is definatly a life-saver. I believe there is no way I would have been accepted in the animation programs at CalArts, USC, or NYU w/o the experience, education, and connections I made through the program! Even if you don't want to go professionally into the arts, its an AMAZING experience. Just google CSSSA or Innerspark. I enrolled in the animation portion of the program b/c that is where it is at!!!

We even got the chance to talk with a few Pixar animators... and they informed us there isn't a day in the building where CSSSA isn't discussed between fellow animators who were in the program together... and while isn't not WDI, I guess that the fields overlap and benifit from each other frequently!

I don't know as much about getting into the engineering aspect.. I would probably suggest going to a good US University and building connections. I think it helps to stand out my gaining knowledge in more than just engineering, etc and being a very well rounded and interesting person. WDI has an IMAGI-NATIONS competition for juniors and seniors in college too as a way students can break into the industry... best of luck to you!

The most important thing on trying to become an Imagineer is this:

If you go to school anywhere that is NOT near The Walt Disney Company headquarters.....you're chances of becoming an Imagineer are about 2%.
You need to do your schooling as close to the studios as possible so you can meet people, network, get to know someone....because (just like most entertainment jobs) it's not what you know...it's WHO you know! (although knowledge and education are a prerequisite to who you know!).
