Pretty good idea!

Here some more lyric ideas for the How Do You Do scene:

How do you do?
Mighty pleasant season
How do you do?
Say it when you're greetin'
How do you do?
With every one repeatin'
Have a Merry Christmas time.

What goes up is sure to come down.
A present lost is a present found.
How do you do?
And here's a hearty back
A little bit of this and a little bit of that.

How do you do?
Fine. How are you?
How you come on?
Have a Merry Christmas time.

Stop jumpin' around,
You'll run out of breath!
Before Christmas when Santa's back.

You can hurry on now if you must.
We'll do what we like, 'cause...
That suits us.

How do you do?
Mighty pleasant season.
Have a Merry Christmas time.
Have a Merry Christmas time.
How do you do?
Mighty pleasant season
How do you do?
Say it when you're greetin'
How do you do?
With every one repeatin'
Have a Merry Christmas time.
Have a Merry Christmas time.

The weather is good,
The givin' is fine.
What do we do
With all of our time?

Well we sit and we think
and we wiggle our toes.
That's what you ask us.
That's what we know!

Have a Merry Christmas time.
Have a Merry Christmas time.
How do you do?
Fine. How are you?
How you come on?
Have a Merry Christmas time.
Have a Merry Christmas time.
Have a Merry Christmas time.

other songs coming soon!

I will post a real detailed ridethrough later, just be sure to make a version of "Deck the Halls" in the Laughing Place.

All of these are really great ideas. I find only one problem. During the holidays, it gets pretty cold. If they were to do a splash mountain overlay for the holidays, they would have to slow down the water flow to prevent the guests from turning into icicles after riding. I don't know if that's even possible. I'm not trying to rain on your parade or anything. If they are true fans, they won't care if they are freezing. That's one of my favorite parts of the holiday season. No lines for Splash!

It doesn't get that cold in CA!! Oh and MEW, I will try to revise the How Do You Do. This one was a test run.

I don't like the idea of a Splash Mountain "Overlay", I dont like seeing attractions closed during preperation for a "Overlay" weather It's "Off Season" or not.

Do you live in CA? In recent years it has reached near freezing! Again I mean no harm. I'm just saying that I know people that don't ride Splash in the middle of the Summer because of the amount of wetness. I doubt that many of the guests will want to ride Splash when it's 60 degrees lower.

SplashMan's right. I remember one winter, we had icicles form on our plants outside, unfortunately, they died....but it can get pretty cold. I'm not saying it gets as cold as the east coast, but its cold for us.

I think the coldest its ever gotten in Anaheim was low 20's-mid 30's? Maybe the overlay would be better suited for WDW which is basically a year round jungle.

People still go on Splash Mountain during the winter. Maybe they could heat the water so you don't get that cold!

Good idea, either would work fine, but the best combonation would be both. Another example of a holiday overlay at a water ride (I dare say at Knott's) is the Timber Monutain Log Ride. The ride sucks, but besides for that, a lot of people go on it.

Oooh that log ride had a weird overlay! It scared the heck out of me sailing through all those singing elves! They also stole from CBJ, there's three animal heads in there that talk! Or was that somewhere else?

ooh I don't like that ride. Especially the part where you ride into total darkness and you hear the sound of a waterfall. I always get the feeling that I took a wrong turn and am heading towards a giant plunge of death.

What's wrong with the Timber Mountain Log Ride?, It seems like you guys hate any theme park that has no Disney in it -____-, the same way Disney fans are obsessed with history within Disney attractions, Knott's Berry Farm has many historic attractions ;D
