Were still waiting on Lighttech's score, but as of now unless he REALLY likes Austen's project, Austen seems to be the one eliminated. Basically if you're in the bottom 3, you might have a chance of being eliminated. If LT doesn't post his scores by tomorrow though, then Austen is offically eliminated. Hope that makes sense.

Anyways, for your next project, you guys will be refurbing an attraction. And when we say refurb, we don't mean just new paint and lights, we mean like a Pirates style refurb, go all out, add new scenes, new technology, just go nuts. What attractions can you refurb? Well it depends on how much extra credit you want to get. We have 21 attractions in 4 brackets you can choose from, ecah ranging from 0 to 20 extra credit points for taking on that attraction, and here they are

Easy (0 points extra credit)

-Star Tours
-Autopia
-The Great Movie Ride
-Tom Sawyer's Island
Average (5 points extra credit)
-Pirates of the Caribbean
-Soarin' Over California
-Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
-Grizzly River Run
-Jungle Cruise
Somewhat Hard (10 points extra credit)
-The Haunted Mansion
-Splash Mountain
-Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
-Rock N Roller Coaster
-Peter Pan's Flight
Hard (15 points extra credit)
-Matterhorn Bobsleds
-It's a Small World
-Storybookland
-California Screamin'
-Indiana Jones Adventure
Very Hard (20 points extra credit)
-Expedition Everest

Here are the requirements

-You MUST mantain the ride's story
-You MUST stay within the theme
-You MUST add at least one new scene
-You MUST add some twist to the ride vehicles/new vehicles
-You MUST add new special effects
-You MUST describe in detail at least 5 changes in queue and in ride

So that's pretty self explanatory, here's the grading scale

Following directions /30 (5 or not points for each MUST)
Detail /25
Creativity /20
New stuff /25
Realism /10
Overall /100

Extra credit is obviously decided by what ride you choose, but you can also earn one point of extra credit for each image in your project, limit five images

Due date: Friday, December 21st

So we get the amount of extra credit labeled above the attraction we chose no matter what? Like if i choose expedition everest (not saying I am) but would I automatically recieve 20 EC points for attempting it?

Yes, you get the ammount of extra credit listed, no you can only chose from those, and we'd appreciate it if you kept what attractions you were doing quiet for now on, as part of the challenge of this project is chosing what attraction to do without knowing how much extra credit the other players are getting

^Yes, you always have the option of sending your project to one of the judges beforehand

:slaps hand on forehead: yes, sorry forgot to include that in the rules, as with all projects, if you request a one day extension BEFORE the due date, you will get one, if not and you are late you will reccieve -5 per day late

is 5 from the ride and 5 from the queue or 5 including both??
