Now, I'm not saying I'm gonna use this one, but it was originally mine.
But remember when I said I improved on it, though?

I was actually thinking of having the queue and load area look like the concert hall with the music of the orchestra tuning up and then start the ride as the music started and have the boat going into a day-type room, though not out into daylight. Here we have the scenes of Dance of the Hours, to suggest the sky slowly turning darker, because I think the station should be lighter like daylight (the sky turning dark makes sense, since in the film, the ostriches represent morning, the hippos noon, the elephants sunset and the alligators night), followed by scenes of the fairies and maybe the mushrooms from The Nutcracker Suite and THEN you make the climb up Bald Mountain. How about that?
You never did send me your feedback, just as no one else has really given me feedback on any of my other threads. And you should see how I improved on your ride. I would post it right now, but no one is allowed to turn these projects in until the due date. Besides, it's the best that I could do.

I think E tickets are usually major attractions like thrill rides or even show-stoppers. I think that's what most people look for in an E ticket attraction. I have a major dark ride in the works for a Toontown-type area, but I doubt it can be an E ticket; maybe a D at best. Here's a link to the ride I'm thinking up: Goofy's Motor Mania. Granted, I haven't put down the verbal tour yet, but I still don't think it can be an E ticket ride; probably a D one at best.

Cool End of the Road

I never thought I'd be saying this, but...

I'm dropping out of the competition.

Sorry, it's just I don't have the time to do this. Usually, I am able to continuously flood in with great ideas, but everytime I make one, it takes longer and longer to make the next. It usually takes a few weeks for me to completly develop great ideas, but having a time limit of only a week or two means the differance of a great idea and total crap. It's been a long road, and it's time for me to say sayonara.

Don't worry, I'm still gonna continue making ideas, I'll promise that. And I will still keep competing in the real competion...the race to become an Imagineer.

See ya.

Well... as long as you're dropping out for the moment (I actually steered clear of the third contest, because I was vacationing in Canada at the time), can I still use your ride, or do I still have to come up with something else? Because I really dislike these time constraints, too. Don't worry, if you let me use your ride, I promise I'll make it up to you by giving you credit for when I turn the project in (kinda like a book being credited in a bibliography and/or a footnote). Don't know how the judges will take it, though...

Yeah, I think what I'll do is mention something along the lines of: "This was actually CostaFreak's idea originally, but I'm doing this one, because A) I liked it so much that I drastically improved on it, by having it start out as more of a traditional Disney-type boat ride, before the thrill element kicks in; and B) CostaFreak decided to drop out; he just had a lot of other stuff to do and the time constraints to do the contests could make or break someone".

How's that? Rest assured, I will credit you.

I hope it's not too late to change my mind.

I'm staying!

Sorry Big Disney Fan, but I'll be using that one. I just have to materialize it on RCT3, which shouldn't take to long.

Drat. But do you think Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin is an E ticket, or just D? Because I have something akin to that one for WDW's Toontown. I just need to know how major an attraction RRCTS is. The fact that it has Fastpass helps, though. One more time, do you think, RRCTS is an E-ticket attraction or just a D one?

Okay, thanks, but seriously, could Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin be considered an E ticket attraction, or just a D ticket? Because I have a backup attraction kinda like that one but with other characters. But first, I need to know, can RRCTS be an E ticket ride, or just D? The fact that it has FastPass kinda helps its chances, but I still need clarification.

Also, can I turn the project in a bit early? Because I'll be gone before the due date comes up. Know where I'll be? I'll be in Disneyland!

I would have to call it a strong D-ticket right now unless anybody can give actual proof that it is an E-ticket attraction.

Darn! Thanks anyway. It looks like I'm trapped. I just haven't got any other ideas. The best that I could come up with came from a website that was about untruths about the Disneyland Resort, which contained an untruth about an attraction coming to DCA. Here's a link: http://www.disneylies.com/disneyland...uncement.shtml. And that actually is a plagiarized version of POTC.

Well, it looks like I may have to drop out, unless I can come up with something really thrilling in this short timespan.

What about Pooh's Hunny Hunt at TDL? Is that an E ticket or a D?

^ It's because, well, I don't know why. Maybe we're just trying to test ourselves, who is the best imagineer here.

Although, I do admit that if DisneyParksFan pulled a Mr.Six on us, we'd be going all out (even though it's unlikely to fall for that again).

To answer your first question, I wouldn't worry about it too much if I were you. Sometimes real life gets in the way of what you would like to do and there's not much you can do about it. Or maybe it's because it's too tough for someone to do. Take it from me, I know. Basically, sometimes things happen and you can't do a lot about it.

Now, to answer your second question: I think that to just see what the best Imagineer here is might be considered kinda insincere and conceited. There should be a prize of some kind. Something reasonable, mind you, but still a prize nevertheless.

Anyway, I have another question: seriously, I know that Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin has just been branded a D ticket. But what about Pooh's Hunny Hunt found at Tokyo Disneyland? Is that an E ticket or just a D? 'Cause my attraction I'm considering turning is a dark ride themed like RRCTS, but with most, if not all, of the advanced techniques of Tokyo's Pooh ride.

So, one more time, is Pooh's Hunny Hunt an E ticket or just a D?
