I think the Seven Dwarves mine coaster would work better indoors than out. Maybe, instead of retrofitting, we just get rid of the thing.

One thing I definitely would do would be to bring to Florida several new things, not the least of which includes a brand-new version of the Pinocchio ride at Disneyland, only longer and more elaborate. As for where it will go, though, I don't know. I will start off by mentioning the exterior (and mention the ride itself later...).
The entrance to "The Adventures of Pinocchio" (my name for the ride instead of "Pinocchio's Daring Journey") will not be themed to the puppet theater, as is the case at Disneyland, but rather to Geppetto's workshop, like so: ![]() There will also be a hanging entrance sign looking like this (but with the ride name in place of the store name): ![]() And there will be displays in the entrance window like so (Pinocchio here will be joined by a puppet version of Jiminy Cricket): ![]() I will also explain a WHOLE LOT more things later... If Dumbo is being relocated over here, they should just go with a Casey Jr. theme, which is more or less a coaster-type ride anyway (at least at DLP).

/\ The trackless system would be good for a Pleasure Island-like atmosphere.

Precisely, I was thinking of having the ride with the main storyline of Pinocchio, but once it reaches the Pleasure Island scene/room it would be like the finale of the Pooh's Hunny Hunt at TDL where everything's so whimsical and fun and random.

Well, considering the space, we may have to remove the trackless system, but the 3D scenery will remain, so I'm neutral right now on that.

Well, you know, there will be no 2D stuff or flatness anywhere. If there was any flat scenery in DL's ride (I doubt it, though), there won't be in WDW's ride.

EDIT: Also are we doing this with the new blueprint layout? Or how Fantasyland currently is?

Well, when I put up the verbal tour of the ride, we will see, then.

Before I do anything, I need help with something:
I want to include one scene in the ride inside Monstro (not seen in DL's ride, so it's brand-new here). You get eaten by Monstro in the same manner as at Storybook Land. But how do I do the part where you exit? Obviously, it has to be back out of his mouth, but wouldn't we just need to enter the same way we came in exactly? That's what I need help with, how to get out of Monstro without using the same track as coming in.

Well you could put them in Monstro's belly then have explosions and make it look like the way you came in, when in reality you came out of a different Monstro head which is hidden by your view from behind. Of course you see its teeth and jaws but you can't see the full head if you turn around to look at it. Does that make any sense? Kind of like when you get eaten by the whale on the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, only backwards.
Now I was thinking we could work with that blueprint already released by Disney. Now keep in mind we should keep everything we've come up with so far but we could easily place things beyond the berm of the former Toontown where the two Dumbo tents and the Barnstormer are placed. As the remainder of Fantasyland has some pretty girly things like Snow White, Cinderella, Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, and Beauty and the Beast, we could make the small area beyond the berm a more masculine area. This is where we could place Pinocchio and a few other attractions to attract boys away from all the princesses and cute little animals. I was thinking we could put a new trackless version of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride here. Now I know the ride is gone for good but I'm just dreaming here. This new version of the classic dark ride would be trackless like Pooh's Hunny Hunt and wild like Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin and Test Track combined. It would also utilize pretty much all-new scenes and three-dimensional sets. It would be CRAZY. Then we could probably have a Legend of Sleepy Hollow dark ride too although Liberty Square is nearby. Maybe we could place it closer in that area. Also we should give Small World a makeover like Disneyland. I'm not trying to be a massive attraction cloner or anything.
