Default Disneyland Resort (NO LOCATION) (Open Brainstorming)

Okay, I wanted to work on yet another Disneyland, where we all just dream up stuff. The format here is basically the same as any other Open Brainstorm (except for some of MEW's because his break some of the traditional guidelines). I will post some theme parks I want to have and everything, so yeah...
  1. Disneyland
  2. Worlds of Adventure
  3. Walt Disney Studios
  4. Downtown Disney

And that's it so far, as more can be added over time.

I don't exactly want to join the brainstorm, but I do have an idea for you that I thought you should consider (no offense). In high school Spanish class, I was bored and thought up an idea for a restaurant in Tomorrow Land. If you make people mover tracks, and have tables travel over the tracks, I thought that would be really cool. I mean like pizza port at DLR, where people get the food first, but this time they wait for an open table to come by, then when one comes, they sit, and the table travels all over Tomorrowland, giving the people eating a good view of the guests and attractions. I hope you like this idea. :/

I have an idea for a new Submarine Voyage which would of course be called, Submarine Voyage.

Unlike the original attraction at Disneyland where the subs resembled cold war navy subs, the ones here would be small futuristic pods that can reach the farthest depths of the ocean without having to come up for air. The queue would also be held in an underwater seaport, complete with futuristic means of water-based transportation, a museum of nautical artifacts and art, and tons of other things that can only be seen in the world of tomorrow.

The sub would then take off from the seaport and explore the reefs of the surrounding lagoon which just so happens to nestle itself alongside the berm of Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. In the lagoon guests would pass giant clams, sea turtles, fighting lobsters, divers of the future examining some ancient ruins of some kind, an octopus and a crab with different views on the world, and an entire underwater community of tomorrow, similar to the one seen in the extinct Horizons attraction. From the front window of one of these houses guests would be able to catch a glimpse of a mother and her child face to face with a couple of seals just outside their "yard."

"Thunder" (Waterfall) begins to crackle from overhead and the submarines are forced to take an emergency dip way beneath the surface. Sailing into a much darker and colder reef, schools of fish swim by speedily as nasty crabs snap their claws at bubbles and whatnot. The remains of an old seaside boardwalk appear, its once beautiful carousel still lighting up every now and then. Fish and seaweed have claimed the attraction for their own, along with the broken ferris wheel to the left and the crumbling haunted house to the right. Eels launch themselves from rusted pipes as our submarine leaves the boardwalk behind and dives even deeper beneath the surface.

We are now in the darkest part of the ocean where only the world's most bizarre creatures reside. With a zap an angler fish or other electric fish often appears, illuminating the remains of a pirate ship. We have entered the Graveyard of Lost Ships, a stronghold of pirate treasure and mystery. Several skeletons still remain in tact while sharks silently glide around their underwater home, a rather large great white zooming around from ship to ship. Mines begin to appear as well while the great white shark pokes its face out from a large hole in the side of a war submarine. Just as the beast charges foward to attack our sub taps a mine and is caught in a large explosion, causing all the lights to go out and the submarine to whirl out of control, but luckily once we have escaped the flames we find ourselves in the Lost City of Atlantis which is filled with ancient ruins, treasure, and mermaids! Two of these mermaids even hold the leash of a large and goofy looking sea serpent. Unfortunately King Neptune doesn't like our invasion of his home and shows himself in a flash of white fire, slamming his staff and causing several underwater volcanoes to erupt. As if this wasn't enough a giant squid appears, its long tentacles wrapping around the sides of our boat. Luckily the giant squid's only enemy, the Sperm Whale, can be heard a short distance away, and soon after the squid flees in a frenzied panic, along with a swarm of krill. Soon enough we enter the maw of the whale and find ourselves in his belly, the remains of another submarine already inside. The submarine captain desides to relase some of the ship's gunpowder for weight reasons and luckily it floats up into the whale's synuses, causing him to sneeze us out and back to the surface.

Also I have some ideas for the Haunted Mansion, where should we put it?

Okay, that's great Twilight Roxas. If we don't put the Epic Mickey land in this park, we will definitely put in another park at this resort.

quad422, that is a really great idea! so futuristic. there should also be the option to just ride the track in a car and not with any tables, so if you're not hungry, you can ride anyways. And if you're in a hurry and want to skip the ride, guests should be able to get food and sit at a normal table or get food to-go because there could be several motion-sick people.

HereWeGo, with your love for classic Disney films I leave you in charge of Fantasyland. I already started Mr. Toad for another thread, so do everything but that. Well, you can do Toad if you do have one, and I'll post a description of each room (no ride-through because it's trackless and just goes anywhere not to mention two loading areas) and you can post yours and we can all decide which one we like

and MEW, would the pods be sort of like Doom Buggies where it can only fit a few people? I really love that idea because it won't get too claustrophobic with strangers behind and sometimes next to you. If you're planning to join regularly and not pitch one idea, you can take Haunted Mansion like at New Disney Resort because your ideas for HM and HMH are always the best. If not, then we can take your ideas for Haunted Mansion and incorporate them in.
