Lightbulb Disneyland Germany: Open BRAINSTORMING

I Think Germany Would Host A Great Disneyland. Disneyland Resort Germany Will Be Located Just Outside Of Munich.

Let's Start With DLG

The Entrance To The Park:

I Was Thinking A Good German Style Look To It. The Gates Will Have German/ Swiss Designs (Kind Of Like Matterhorn)
Any Other Ideas To The Entrance

I once thought of a Disney resort in Germany, except in Berlin. Here's the link: "Deutschland Meets Disneyland" (nice ring to it, eh?). We could pick up from where that thread leaves off (of course, there isn't much there to pick up, because I ended it early).

I love the idea of another Disney resort in Germany, but we must be careful because we have a resort in Paris, France. Munich is about 474 miles from Paris and Berlin about 545 miles.

So would it not be too much trouble to move this resort to Berlin and rename it Disneyland Resort Berlin and the park Disneyland Berlin (or DLB)?

I've come up with a Pirates based land, Dead Man's Lagoon. This new land will feature Pirates of the Caribbean and several smaller attractions, including the Haunted Mansion. I'll come up with a rough draft of this land later on if you like it.

The land will feature a pirate island exploration area ten times better than Adventure Isle at DLP, a super e-ticket Pirates with a four drops, a climatic third one, and the Haunted Mansion which will be themed to a conflict between the Black Widow Bride Constance and Davy Jones, Constance given a new storyline with the same head-chopping antics.

What do you all think, I maybe pushing it?

That'd be great. But can we use the Pirates ride I thought of (and you edited) for Disneyland Australia as the Pirates ride for Germany?

For some reason, though, I want to have the Mansion be on Main Street! At least we can maintain the "tradition" of putting the ride in different lands from park to park.

Also, can we move the resort to Berlin and rename it Disneyland Resort Berlin (and the park Disneyland Berlin)? It's further away from Paris than Munich is.

Well Dead Man's Lagoon is its own land, but is more of a New Orleans Square built for Adventureland. The land would basically be a Caribbean seaport overlooking a lagoon full of shipwrecks and all that. If the Haunted Mansion does go here it would be given the look of a Caribbean manor home of the seventeen hundreds. For live entertainment you can have a British army march through the town playing tunes on their drums. Suddenly they are attacked by pirates and an epic battle pursues! Other attractions would be a condensed version of Rogue's Gallery with minature buccaneers rather than wax buccaneers, and the Tower of Terror. Now you're probably wondering, the Tower of Terror in a Pirates-themed land? Well don't worry, I have an idea for everything. As for Pirates we would use the version created for DLA only it would be attached to Skull Rock and be given a climatic drop like Splash Mountain. To keep the water from freezing in the winter, the water would either be heated, the splash would be maintained from soaking anybody, or the ride can simply be closed down every winter for a refurbishment.

As for Adventureland, maybe we can base it off of Indiana Jones and ancient ruins more? I'm just saying this because we can't have the Jungle Cruise there due to the same reasons as DLP.

Well, the TOT is themed to a hotel; how would that work in a Pirates-themed land?

Also, can we make Dead Man's Lagoon a subsection of Adventureland, kinda like how they have a small New Orleans Square as a subsection of Adventureland in Tokyo?

I guess so, but then I would want to move the mansion to Main Street.
