Default Wall●E character life-size robot

Here's a video of the life-size Wall●E character that is rumored to debut at Disney's Hollywood Studios and at Disney's California Adventure this summer.

Wall●E spotted in LA!

I hope it's still there, this has shown up on YouTube several times in the past few days, only to disappear before I could share it with anyone.

How cool is this?!

http://io9.com/390604/wall+e-has-got...ing-la-streets

Granted, this version of Wall-E is a super-sized version of the lil' bugger (the article says it's a 'lifesize', but I thought Wall-E was smaller...), but it's not a bad job at all! I wonder where this was in L.A....doesn't look like a Disney park in the background, but I could be wrong.

Can't wait to see him cruising through the parks!

Yay! I can't wait for this movie - my husband does a good impression of the voice, and it cracks me up.

He is the cutest little robot!

Since he's basically a trash compactor, I doubt he'd be very much smaller. He wouldn't be very efficient. At the size they made him, the compacted waste would be about the size of a cinder block... seems right to me.
