VIP Fastpasses at Disneyland Paris (For a price)

Apparently, the Disneyland Resort Paris is selling special VIP Fastpasses in what seems to be a beta test for purchaseable Fastpasses. They will be available for purchase from June 19th to August 2nd. They can be bought at the Disneyland Hotel and the New York hotel and may be purchased by anyone.

Here's the kicker: The cost is 100 Euro per person per per day. That translates out to $140 per person per day.

Is it just me or is $140 way too much for a special one day fastpass?

That is quite a bit to ask for a fastpass. Especially for one day of use.

depends. If it's a SUPER busy day, it might be worth it to me. Can you use it over and over at any ride?

It's not necessary! I just spent 6 days at the resort...4 of them at the parks...longest line was 90 minutes on a Friday, and 100 minutes on a Saturday!

That's what I figured. It seemed like the regular free fastpasses were sufficient. But paying 140 dollars a day for VIP fastpasses seems crazy to me.

And these passes can only be used at Fastpassable rides. They don't work for every ride, only those that already have the fastpass system. Essesntially, it just allows you re-enter the fastpass line as many times as you want.
