Red face New Video Requests...

I know, I know, lots of people have already requested this, but my request is a little more specific. I wanted to ask RU42 if he could film the Haunted Mansion (once it opens in March of course) with a Live Recording. That is, not with a CD recording for the audio. This way, I can hear the ride wth surround sound-like qualities.

I saw his other Haunted Mansion video, which is great I might add, but I think it would be better with a live recording. Just wondering if he could do that...

Especially with those new special effects. Like Madame Leota's crystal ball floating and the paintings transforming when the lightning comes on.

Thanks for the comformation! I feel relieved!

Next, sorry about this, I would like to ask, is anyone filming Splash Mountain over again? I know it sounds stupid, but I would like to see the new briar patch on film, along with the refreshed animatronics and stuff. For that matter, there should be videos for all of the new changes in Disneyland. Just a suggestion!

There are NO new changes to Splash Mtn since I shot my video.

When a ride gets a substantial update I always the videos. If it ain't updated, there ain't a major change.

I was talking about the redone light purple Tim Burton-like new briar patch, but whatever! This thread can close now, I got my answers!

RU will you make a new Pirates video before the ride changes? Or are you happy with your current version?

Pinn - I toyed with the idea of documenting Pirates before the rehab but there really is nto a lot of changes. I think the only thing my video does not have is the cannon ball gysers. So, I am content to leave well enough alone and focus my efforts on a post ride makeover.

The new briar patch has light purple "painted" crooked vines, with yellowish thorns. The older one was a sun-faded boring brown. I also thought that the splash it makes when you drop (made by water jets) was a lot bigger than I remember.

I hope you didn't think I was criticizing your current Pirates video. I think it's awesome as all of your videos are. I was just curious if you were going to film it again.

Hey Marni!

Great to see you as always! I have a new project going that you will like. I heard the Tarzan Rocks was being closed so I had a person go record it for me during the last week of the show. I just recevied 8 different recordings of the show and I am not putting together a tribute video for the show!

Oh, back to HM - look for the video late March to early April - just depends on my schedule
