Does Anyone have "First 50 Magical Years"?

I was just wondering if there is a downloadable version of the First 50 Magical Years show which is playing in the "Great Moments.." building. If not, will that ever be available? Does anyone know where I can find that? Is there even a possiblity that one might come about? Or is it illegal? Any response would be great, and I would defianatly appreciate it! Thank you!

They do not allow filming in any film based attractions including Disneyland The First 50 Magical Years. You won't find it here at VF. Personally, I'm glad the VF abides by the this rule.

Maybe you will find it in the Disneyland 6 CD-set soundtrack.

I guess let me officially respond to this question.

Recording this show is prohibited. As such, VF will not host a recording of this show. We try to abide by Disney wishes.

It would be a great move on Disney's part to put the show out on DVD but I seriously doubt they will do it. Too bad, it would be great to have the movie.

Yeah I didnt think it was a legal thing to have, but I wasnt sure, so I just thought I would ask =) The first time I saw that show, my fiance and I sat in one of the last rows right in the middle, and this guy comes in, with a full set up~ Camera, Tripod, Ect. and he is so mad that we were right in the middle, and he couldnt get a good shot. He didnt ask us to move, so therefore we didnt. But I just couldnt believe that he was filming it, and it was VERY obvious, and cast members didnt say anything! But anyways, I was just curious, and I too am happy that VF does go by Disney's guidelines. Thank everyone for information!

I have the first 2/3rds of it filmed,
and I was not hidding the camera,
the CM just kinda ignored me doing it.

unfortunately my camera ran out of disk
space as I was shooting the movie.
(some kinda KARMA I guess)

anyways, since it is not allowed here on VF I have chosen to
keep this to myself.
several members have PM'd or emailed me for It.
But I chose to stick with the position
of this site (and keep my integrity) and not share this file.

sorry, but you will have to wait till your there and see it in person
it is a great film and worth the time to see it.

We have added an audio file of the '50 Years' Exhibit (recorded by Dan Smith) to VF Radio. It's the 3rd track I believe once the 'Virtual Tour' begins (You'll have to be listening, as the 'Virtual Tour' program is 6+ hours).

I'm also happy to announce that we will be playing Rick Conant's '50 Years of ImaginEARing" in rotation again, soon!

In keeping with Rick's wishes, '50 Years of ImaginEARing' will not be available for download. He was quite adament about that since much of the material on there is of a very sensitive nature and Rick doesn't wish for it to be "out there".
