^ Haha #1DF! Good habit to start now!

BTW, we're staying at the HoJo across the street. We're excited for the pirate ship pool! Hahaha. (Seriously we're just a bunch of little kids, I swear.)

If there are any teams that want to share a sleeping space, that is the way to do it. A group of four people can share a room for around $25 per person, per day! Where can you get any room for BOTH Friday and Saturday night right NEXT to Disneyland for about $50?
Just to let you know, that same room is now $199 per night! And the closer we get to the date, the higher the price will be! DO NOT DELAY! Book the room NOW before it gets out of reach!

I just checked availability at the Hilton -- cheapest room for that weekend was $227 a night. Ouch.

You might try priceline.com or a similar site. I just got the Hilton for Memorial Day weekend for $57 a night. I don't know how far in advance one can book a room on a travel site like priceline, but I would keep checking as the date of the hunt approaches.

You can go to last year's Winner's thread to read comments about the event. http://www.visionsfantastic.com/foru...winners-23749/

As for the number of teams before we cancel, to break even on prizes, we need at least 4,000 teams... :)

No, really, we don't really have a minimum yet. But I, not that worried about it this year. Lots of teams wait until closer to the date before signing up. and it does drive me crazy trying to plan things not knowing how many teams. My goal is to have 40+ teams this year. We came close last year with almost 30 signing up.
