But I'm a bit confused...if one person is a VF member, can they bring someone who isn't a VF member as their partner?? And if you are 16, you need a written letter from your parents saying it's ok to attend the event??

That is correct. You can bring a non-VF member if you are a member in good standing (for instance, people who have been banned from VF aren't allowed to participate).

Also, if you or your partner is 16 or under, a written note from your parents will be required to participate in the event.

it's tentative, but it sounds like we're coming!! Our anniversary is the day before. Our APs expire three days before that. We'll have to buy tickets, but then we plan on WINNING THE DELUX ANNUAL PASSES!! YES!!
