how do you become Premium Member?

ive been a member for over a year but never really gone on it and really went through it. I see many people as premium members... so how do you become that? is it with the more posts or for how long you've been? if its done by how many posts you have, how many do you need?

I want to add that you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a Premium Membership (Junior Members cannot become Premium Members).
