Default Front page?

Is it just my computer or is the shoutbox not working and a lot of the icons not working?

You may need to clear your cache.

As suggested, try clearing your cache. As the issue was apparently fixed within the last 72 hours, the bad page may be lingering on your system (it's rare that it happens for longer than 24 hours, but it seems like caching may be the best explanation for end-user issues. If the issue is with the site itself, this obviously won't remedy things). On any Windows box, just go to Start>Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt and type

ipconfig /flushdns

And hit Enter/Return. It's a surefire way to make sure no cached pages stick around uninvited.

That only clears your DNS records... your cache is stored in different places depending on your browser settings

True, you're correct. But wouldn't flushing the DNS force the user's system to make a new request to the server, thus bypassing the cache? (not argumentatively, more in an eager-to-learn way. I only suggested my way because a Road Runner tech support guy told me that it was effective as a cache-clearing method ... but as we all know, not all tech support is created equal )

LOL As far as I know flushing the DNS only updates the .com/IP relations you still will have images and cookies that are active even after that... In fact the old way of shutting down the computer doesn't even clear your cache and DNS anymore... hence why all the new "click here, click there" instructions came from.
