Discussion forum statistics...

I was looking, just out of curiosity, to some general statistics about the forum...
They seem not to be available yet !!! ??

For instance:

Total of Thread starters ?
Total of thread items (= individual postings) ?
Total of vieuwings from VF members ? ,
and Total of vieuwings in general (including guest vieuwings) ?
...
And then: Posting Activity Degree (PAD)
= total of thread items / total # of registered members
(This is a % )
...
All this: last year, last month, ... last day

Possible ?

I have this feeling that PAD is rather low, on VF ...

Detailed statistics are available to the VF staff, however, we don't normally share these statistics publicly because there is a database query for each statistic which would eat up a lot of server resources just to display the Forumhome page. Is there a certain reason you want that kind of detailed information?

^I have a suggestion. For the thread that I am viewing. For instance, this thread. Show how many members (and name them) and guests are viewing this thread?

^ under "links" it has "Who is Online" and it shows all of that.

^Yea, but I meant like right at the thread. The bottom of the thread. Check out toontask.com (Toontown online fansite) And look at any thread. You'll know what I mean.

To run that feature on VF would be very server intensive. We've had to cut back on some of those "extras" to keep resources free for VF Radio, the shoutbox, etc.
