The queue sucks till you enter the hotel...Then it's the best ride possible...The Lobby and the Library are excellent...The theme is totally awesome..Sort of Freddy Krugerish...Down with the steam pipes and all...It has to be my all time FAV in DCA...

The whole ride is awesome but I love the drops the most. I also love going on it with people who have never been on it before and watching them freak out (much like I did the first time I went on). It's very entertaining.

I would go on this ride.... only if it wasn't a free fall ride. How can I overcome this? People keep telling me to go on it, but i'm so scared to! I hate heights, for the most part, and free falling would scare the bejeebers out of me!

believeinmagic4ever,

Just do it..I HATE freefall rides.....There is so much theming on this ride you'd never know whats happening..I can go on it but it took 4 beers to get me on Maliboomer....There is so much to see and it is soooo smooth you never realize whats happening till your rear leaves your seat...Then it's over and you realize it's not bad at all...Trust me..It's a great experience....

The atmosphere, the drops, the pre-show, everything. This is an awesome ride.

My boyfriend has a fear of heights and I got him to try this ride once. Just keep your eyes closed and keep your grip on the bar -- the glimpse outside to the park is fleeting anyway and with that method, it feels a little more like floating.

This is the best part. Last year one of my friends had no idea there were drops in this ride when we went on and thought it was going to be something like Haunted Mansion. Little did she know...

She was pale white in the picture when we looked afterwards.

I love how alive you feel when you exit the elevator shaft and walk through the gift shop. Whenever I got off and started walking, it's like it's the first time I'm walking again.

Sincerely, a brother of a half-demon,

Has anyone here been on The Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror at night during the holiday season? It's so beautiful seeing "it's a small world" Holiday from all the way to the top.

Sincerely, a brother of a half-demon,

It's not a bad ride, but it's not boring either.
