Any reason the dates are so late after Florida's? Floridians' Passholder Previews aren't going to be won and happens way before these.

Florida's version lucked out in being put into a pre-existing building, unlike Cali's.

But I wouldn't be too worried about Florida's opening first... rumblings are that Imagineering is having some serious issues with getting the attraction just right on the East Coast. CM Previews have already been postponed one week, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it postponed again.
