Tower of Terror Lost Episode

Does anyone know if the Lost episode of the Twilight Zone based off of the Tower of Terror was ever fully created and if so would I possibly be able to find it somewhere online? I really don't care if its in Black & White I just want to see the episode!

You had no Idea the ride was actually based off of a lost Twilight Zone episode? Well thanks for helping me found out more about it and if I can possibly watch it. I'm guessing they canceled the episode and instead later on made a movie??

I think I heard that the Imagineers watched all of the episodes at least twice in teams. After they were done doing that, all of the teams converged and swaped their notes and ectera.

Intresting. So then the episodes jumbled in together for...a large Hollywood Hotel that gets struck by lightning, closes down in October 31 1939, and just happened to open its doors back up in May 2004, with its service elevators still running??? (DCA version)

"Lost Episode" means a fictional episode created to the extent that it provided a premise for the ride's theme.

There was a "Tower of Terror" movie released a few years back, but it didn't have anything to do with Twighlight Zone...

...When I was a kid in Los Angeles, one of the local TV stations used to run a Twighlight Zone Marathon on Thanksgiving Day -- one of my favorite traditions, as I don't cook (and don't really like Turkey...). I don't remember any Tower of Terror type episodes...My favorite was their version of Ambose Bierce's "Occurrence on Owl Creek Bridge" -- WONDERFUL!!

No they didnt. If you listen to the video in the libary, you will hear that you are the stars in that particular episode. So I guess in a way, each ToT ride is a running episode of The Twilight Zone. Supposedly Star Trek:The Experence in Las Vegas,NV is the longest running live television show in the world even though that is not on television. I guess the same goes for the ToT rides. They are live television shows in a certain way.

All Twilight Zone episodes had Rod Serling personally introduce them. In fact, the intro you see Rod give is taken from a Twilight Zone episode. It was visually/audibly edited after "This is, as you may recognize, a..." to say "...maintenance service elevator, still in operation, waiting for you." instead of "... map of the United States."

lol. Neat...OH! I guess I looked over something. It says on TowerofTerror.org that they got the LINE from the episode "Its a good life", where they probably got "This, as you may recognize..."
