It would be very problematic in terms of admissions for both parks if Monorail were to stop in both DLR and DCA.

they could do it, and just have an admissions gate at the bottom of the ramp. If you don't have a ticket, you turn right back around and reboard the monorail. I think it would be nice to put it out by the pier. Having walked from Splash to Screamin, that's a long freaking walk haha!!

I think it should have it, but not like DL where it goes INTO the park...it should stop outside...sort of in the esplanade

Actually it would be totally possible...The Monorail goes through the Golden Gate and the Grand California Hotel...Stop at the hotel...There are gates there and if you dont have an AP or hopper it's a short walk back to the main gate. I talked to a CM that works at the GCH and she said there is an entrance but they dont use it often...Probably budget costs...I'd still like to see the Monorail extended to Paradise Pier...They could also make it like a subway...Check your Hopper or AP when you enter and load you into a separate area..When the rail pulls up only Hps and APs are allowed to board the first cars..when it gets to DCA only the first car door opens up...The possibilities are endless

Completly agree. It should stop in DCA. That would making "hopping" (haha I crack myself up) over there for a while a lot easier. I know that I avoid going over there for the few rides I like because it equals a lot more walking. Lazy, I know. But most guests in the park feel the same way.

yeah, I agree with SHADO on a PP stop (hehe) and the subway thing. They should stop it at the Grand Californian and have like a Monorail Cafe up there, then let guests go down to the park.

I love DCA but it's just not user friendly...LOL..So hard to get around even before the remods started....The lands are just not accessible from a central hub like DL...I think it would be brilliant to if anything extend the Monorail or have it's own track going into DCA...Red trains are for DCA Blue trains are DTD and around DL...

Bloomn...Nothing Lazy about it...Heck..I see why the park opens 2 hours later and closes 3 hours earlier than DL...Your exhausted after walking to get to the rides....LOL....Heck if you start at HBL and work your way around(givin ride times).. by the time you get to Soarn Over California the park is ready to close...AND your feet hurt....LOL....

Good Ideas! But I do See that DCA has enough space for a Monrorail to ride around the park there, The Only way that DCA will feel more Disney theme like is when we see the Monorail ride by the Park Just my opinion!

^ Maybe for safety reasons? Make less noise even though they don't make much noise at all?
Good question.

I've never gotten why it doesn't stop at DCA. It makes no sense to me. The one in WDW stops in two parks, why can't DLR's stop in two parks?

Don't want to annoy the guests in the rooms that are near the tunnel!

WDW's monorail does not stop inside any park. Its stops are outside the entrance gates of both Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

Disneyland's Tomorrowland Monorail Station is the only Disney Monorail station anywhere that's actually located inside a Disney-owned park.
