No, they aren't putting it on Screamin, they are adding a Paradise Pier sign with a different sun. With the Mickey's Fun Wheel they are adding LED lights instead of the old bulbs.

Whatever you have between the [IMG] [/IMG] tags has to be a photo file format, like .jpg , .gif or .png otherwise we don't see anything. You might see it because it's in your internet cache, but we can't.

Also, if your trying to post a photo that's on someone else's website, please please please just post a link to the page that the photo is on. Hot linking to someone else's photo isn't allowed in the VF guidelines.

Okay, I have a question (this may have been addressed before, but I really can't read through all 47 pages to find out): What (if anything) is happening to Soarin'? I can't imagine that they'd take it out... Are they leaving it how it is? I certinly hope so.

Also, what's going on with Disney Animation in HPB? I loved that place!

I haven't heard about anything that will be going on with the Soarin' attraction. I heard the most is going on in the Paradise Pier/Entry Plaza/Hollywood Backlot area. My guess would be that there would not be any dramatic changes to Soarin' and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't take it out. Maybe a few spiff ups here and there.

There isn't going to be any significant changes to that section of the park and a Bug's Land. Everything else is getting a few changes and/or changes.

Okay, GOOD.

For me, Soarin' is the reason to visit DCA. Haha. Although that reason will probably change with the renovations!

Not for me Toy Story Midway Mania is the only reason! BEST RIDE IN DLR, thats just me!

so is there a date set for when we can see exactly what they are going to be doing, the show room thing!

Well the last Soarin'-related word that was passed around was that the Grizzly Peak woodsy feel would be extended beyond where it currently ends at the 'Bear Left' sign, through Soarin's area all the way up to border with Sunshine Plaza. The current 'high desert air base' theme, that no one really gets anyway, would become a faded memory.

As for Animation, there are no plans that I'm aware of to change anything in there during the billion-dollar plan implementation. Seems that they realized the Animation Bldg was one of the few parts of DCA that they got right the first time.

Hopefully they don't change anything for the Animation Building..or they just add more stuff and not delete any..because animation is one of the possible things I want to major in when I get in college...

I must be in the minority, but I'm going to miss "Golden Dreams". It's one of the few things about DCA that I really enjoyed.
