I really don't think that the GP would really care that much about the monorail being above the main street area of DCA. As long as Disney is able to kinda blend the monorail into the theming of the area, then I think it'll be all okay.

Perhaps some sort of tunnel that would run across and and keep the monorail out of sight but the tunnel would blend into the area.

Well that's almost like sorta saying that everything but the new entrance to DCA is futuristic looking at the Disneyland Resort, but they may or may not do something, I dunno. I really think they should keep the Golden Gate Bridge regardless of what the new entrance will look like. It's still a part of California

The theme of everything is changing except for the GRR area, Hollywood Studios, and Bugs land.

I think that'll look good.

One more thing, I don't know about all of you VF members, but it seems to me that DCA is slowly become a Hollywood Studios. Look at what all they are doing, a lot of it has some movie theme..

Just so you know, the exact same sun from the Sun Wheel isn't moving to CA Screamin'. They're making a Paradise Pier logo with a separate sun in it to go on to the roller coaster. The sun wheel's sun is reeaaaally small and would not look very good on Screamin'. Just clarifying :)

Here's a picture...

I agree, DCA needed a place for little kids to have rides, but I don't think it should be themed to bugs land.

Movies as in a studio theme, or movies as in based off a movie?

If you meant the latter then think. Everything that's new is based off a movie. Not just at DCA, but also at DL.

If you mean the first one, then I'm not sure why your saying that also. Yes there is one area of the park based on a studio. The whole theme of DCA is to showcase the state of California! How can you do that without including an area that shows off Hollywood?

Perhaps you meant something else, but I'm not sure lol.

Oh ........................ But That Would Be Cool If They Kept That Same One.
I Think Paradise Pier Is Perfect As It Is.

I Think The New Sun On California Screamin' Will Have The Same Look As The Sun Wheel's.

What Will Be Changed In The Backlot?

Here's a picture of what the Paradise Pier logo and Mickey's Fun Wheel face will look like:
