i've seen photo updates that have pictures in front of the Dino that say stuff like, "Get your picture here soon!"

World of Color may be finished first since they're moving right along (Hello Muppets reference?) with that. They're still working on the foundation for the Swings.

Yeah, World of Color gets finished first, then the swings, but probably first the rest of the boardwalk.. the Paradise Pier shops??

I think Disney may start working on more than one attraction at a time at this point. Construction on the Little Mermaid should begin soon and, of course, the Silly Symphony Swings.

The Lagoon For world of Color is Going to Be Filled at the End Of august, The Mickey Fun Wheels Led Lights, still need some work,, but from what ive heard, is that it's going to to be the dinosaur corn dog castle area, because the Mermaid Building is going to be a lot bigger then they thought.

I firmly believe that Silly Symphony Swings will be completed next, as they need to complete it (at least most of it) before the lagoon get's refilled for World of Color.

As far as I'm concerned, construction on the Little Mermaid begins this June along with the Silly Symphony Swings, King Triton's Carousel is reopening (Even though it is exactly the same as it was before), and the World of Color is currently under construction, so I'm putting my money on the World of Color.
