I hope someone records the show in DCA. I would love to see what the show looks like.

Hopefully, this is a sign for a new show in Paradise Bay!

Higher level pyro than Luminaria used tonight. Our show was much better than Disneyland's (watching from Games, I saw both). It lasted longer than I was expecting, at least five mintues. Disneyland's started a little early. We had very lively music before over at the Golden State Ampitheater, and during the fireworks show as well. Viewing areas were made around the Pier, some chairs and benches were brought over in front of the California Screamin' launch (Screamin' was down before and after the show, Sun Wheel and Boomer were open before and after), it drew many people. We had some colorful balloons in the bay as well, which cycled through a series of colors throughout the day and night. The music from the stage replaced the Pier area music after 7:30pm.

How did the smoke work out? I know that was one of the biggest complaints about LuminAria.

This sounds great! It sounds like everything went smoothly and DCA guests had a great time... even with the closing of Screamin'! Hopefully this will lead to a new night time show for DCA.

I really like the idea of live music replacing the Paradise Pier area music. It seems like something they could be doing nightly everyday of the year.
