Default Electric Parade

What days/times does the Electric Parade run, and in which 'land?' (I heard it was down for a bit but that was a while ago.)

it follows the same path as block party bash.
as for days and times,
I would recommend checking the disneyland calender
on the offical disneyland web site.

Ah yes. I see it runs on Friday and Saturday nights. Hope that applies to winter months as well.

Actually, I noticed that if RDCT is operating, they delay the start of the Electrical Parade until 9:00. It slows the mass exodus of people from DCA to Disneyland to watch the fireworks.

not sure about that... they've always done it at 8:45 during fireworks as far as I know. They did switch the direction it goes however, now it goes from paradise pier to sunshine plaza.. that way by the time the parade gets to sunshine plaza and finishes, there's no time to get into disneyland to watch the fireworks. if they started it at 9:00, the fireworks would start while the parade is still going on and they can't do that because it would just drown it out and ruin the show.

in the electrical parade video i posted to the gallery, i watched it at 8:45 when it came through paradise pier and then had to RUN back through the pier, up and around the ramp, through bay area, around grizzly/condor bay, weaseled my way through sunshine plaza(The parade had reached there by this point because i had to wait for a crossing at the bay area part) and hurry my way through the exit and into disneyland, then hustle my way through main street/tomorrowland and i got up the ramp to tape Remember from innoventions just in time. it was a workout =D

I Still think the electrical parade was better on mainstreet. It was like a party when it was on main street. Now its just like another parade at dca. I think they should bring back the EP for like 1 more year at disneyland.

I think MSEP is somthing that belongs on mainstreet. I think of it the same as Soarin' Over California belongs in California.

I don't think the current version of the Electrical Parade will ever go down Main Street again. I wish they would have created our own version of the Electrical Parade Dreamlights from Tokyo during the 50th, it fits into the theme of Dreams and they could have made a 50th float. Also last time I saw the Electrical Parade in May the drum no longer switches between "Disney's Electrical Parade"/ "A California Classic" it says "Disney's Electrical Parade"/"presented by Sylvania" it funny they got rid of the parades link to California.

Oh man. I saw the parade for the first time in almost 10 years and I was so happy. Oh wow. It only ran on the weekends. I picked a good spot to film...oh but once that voice says "ladies in gentlemen, boys and girls..." I felt such a rush...it was fantastic. Then we followed it out and sprinted to Disneyland...wow, its crazy between the two parks at that time...

For specific schedule information, go to disneyland.com, and check out the calendar page. It lists park hours and times and locations of all the parades and events.
