Christmas Decorating Ideas

Christmas(Yes I said and I meant Christmas, not Holiday) Decorating Ideas

Do you have any ideas on decorating Disney's California Adventure more?

I had a few!

Like they did with the cone for Block Party Bash, they could turn one of the A's into a Christmas tree.

Like they did with the jack-o-lantern, they can project a Christmas image inside the loop of California Screamin'.

Now that's a true NON-PC approach!!!!

I do believe even disney refers to it as "Holidays at the Disneyland® Resort",
not christmas at the Disneyland® Resort. (Check the offical DLR WEB PAGE!!!)

why look at this so one sided???? Disney doesn't!!!

Well it may be the "Holidays at the Disneyland Resort" but there is no "Kwanza Fantasy Parade" or "Believe in Haunakah Magic" Fireworks show Christmas/New Years are the holidays they are probably refering to. The commercial for the resort has Santa in it, and he is at both parks. I'm not saying the other holidays don't matter just Disney celebrates the one that most people celebrate themselves.

The warm-weather Santa-Claus-on-vacation idea is great. Las Posadas would also work well, in addition to luminaria (and I don't mean "LuminAria").

D.C.A. should probably focus on celebrating the year in review while also wishing guests a happy new year.

This Christmas vs other religions has been argued to death in other threads before and will eventually turn sour. So, effective now, the debate is over.

Please feel free to discuss decorating ideas - but if the holy wars return we will shut down this thread.
