Basically this is a question of Chain Link vs. Metallic Pipe.

I would have to say Soarin' Over California. I love that ride, and that queue!

Muppets def.
The lack of good queues is one of the many reasons I don't really like DCA very much... but I haven't been on ToT or TSMM. Hopefully the expansion brings in some awesome queues though! *fingers crossed* |

they're both flying areas: the WDW one is an air port, and the DCA one is more of an air plane hangar, and the WDW doesn't even fit because you fly over the state of California and the air port was at Florida. and you don't even fly to Californa, you just happen to be there

Radiator Springs Racers looks like it's going to have a pretty cool queue, it kind of looks like the Lightning McQueen Racing Headquarters if you ask me. The Little Mermaid will probably have a neat queue as well. The only thing I'm really interested in the TSMM queue is Mr. Potato Head. I'm more interested in the TSMM playset box in the attraction's second story exit.
As of right now Monsters, Muppets, Soarin, and GRR have the best queues. I haven't been on TOT in a long time so I don't know.

I don't think there should be any questions about why Tower of Terror has the best queue in the park. I would follow in second with Grizzly River Run.
